Difficult Set Up!

The next day I called HP tech support and a tech guy from New Dehli, India took remote control of my computer. After two hours he was unable to do the installation. He said that Windows Vista on my ten year old Dell was the problem and recommend I reinstall Windows or upgrade to a new OS. HOWEVER, after all this, I installed the software on two laptops in our household running Windows 7 without any trouble and the setup was very intuitive. I love how this machine works. Everything is so user friendly. But best of all, I love the print quality on plain paper. Compared to my old HP Deskjet 940c this is fantastic. Because of the negative reviews here I just printed a photo to test it out and I admit the color rendering is not the best, but then I rarely print photos at home. WalMart does a great job and saves me from using ink in my home printer. So for my purposes of home printing, copying, scanning, and faxing this machine does the job nicely.
