I should of listened to the first review with one star on this. this printer is HORRIBLE, for one I was on phone with tech support because the printer wasn't printing out photo paper just printing with regular paper. I was debating for 5 days on which printer to get doing extensive research on this model. Since this model is new there isn't much research on it. But come to find out I got a defect. I printed out a few photos to compare from my old printer and my old Photosmart c410 did much better then this. HP is sending me a replacement and straight back to bestbuy to get the Officejet8620. That one has amazing reviews. For one, the text looks like a off black more than it looks grey, and the pictures look a bit blurry and its not even sharp. My 4 year old HP Photosmart C410 puts this one to shame. I regret this purchase and now Im calling HP to tell them don't send me the ink for this and to send me ink for the new one ugh! It's just pointless work I have to do now. By the way if you copy with this printer white is going to be grey and the color will be extremely off even if you copy in color

love the wifi print function and works great to send pictures from your phone/device to have them printed instantly. great way to constantly have new pictures around the home or office

Bought because had good results with other HP products. Printer set up was fast and easy. When tried to print 4x6 got message paper tray was empty. Tried all trouble shooting steps with no luck. Found this is a common issue from numerous blogs and reviews. Returned and bought a Cannon. Exchange was painless, which is why I continue to shop here.

I rate this printer POOR because of it's poor ink efficiency. I use this printer for a home printer with very few copies however I have to change the black cartridge every 10 days and the color one once every two weeks. It is too expensive to run.

Works seamlessly with either my tablet or my desk top computer. It is easy to print and load supplies

Set up was fairly easy, including the fax set up. The only thing I haven't been able to make work is after 2 hours (the only setting on the printer) it's supposed to auto shutoff, which it does not do. It goes to sleep after 5 minutes (multiple settings) that works but it continues to wake itself up. I called HP and had a bad customer service experience and I'm just dealing with it by manually turning it off

I shopped around for a quality printer with wifi and two-sided printing and this multi was it. And the price was perfect.

No idea how this product has such a great review. We bought it and used it rarely for about a month before it just broke. Nothing extravagant, it just stopped working. Called HP support as there were no helpful solutions other than "restart it" online, and they gave me the same steps. That is where their "support" ended. They immediately are trying to send me a refurbished replacement after about a 5-minute conversation. They are sending me the same printer, which I am upset about because it's just going to break again. To their credit, if you can get through the difficult language barrier talking to their out-sourced support and don't mind shelling out your credit card information, they will send you a new printer and return label to send them the defective printer free of charge. I will never buy HP again.

Works seamlessly with Mac OSX. Crisp printing and very fast too. Recommend.

The printer is great for home and office. The ink cartridges are expensive but last a long time.

I haven't checked out everything it can do but so far what I usually need it for is great!

I am not super technically savvy, but I can get around a printer. This has been nothing short of a pain in the rear. I feel like I've had it about 2 years at the most. The scanner feed is now broken. However, I've had more issues trying to print than any I've ever owned. It doesn't recognize my computer, or I need to download an app or whatever. Little ticky tack things I've wasted hours trying to get it to print. Once figured out, it will work for awhile. I won't use it for awhile and it's like starting over again. I did like the insta ink program, but won't ever buy an HP again. I am amazed this has a 4.5 rating. I am bummed having to buy a new printer so soon. My two previous models lasted years. I've never had much success with anything HP, live and learn. I'm glad everyone else is better off than me by the reviews above.

I've been using HP printers for years. This one has not disappointed either!

I had purchase other bands but had no problems using the HP printer.

I bought this printer to replace an HP inkjet photo printer that worked pretty well for a few years. However, this printer doesn't feed paper properly and the wifi is very tempermental. I wish there were other options in the market as I've found HP products to be very poor over the last couple of years.

Exactly what I needed. Easy to figure out and has many functions.

Good printer for the price. fits my needs. was easy to set up.
