This product should be used by many people who work from home or need a reliable product to do their printing. Do not do a lot of shopping just go to Best Bus they have the best deals if you get what I mean, Good Luck on getting your new HP Product at Best Buys.

Good all in one printer

I purchased becuase I wanted to be able to air print and untether the ties between my computer (IMAC) and the printer. No more USB cables! Best feature, my computer no longer has to be on for my kids to print from theirs. All is now wireless. Print is of good quaility. photos are good for an all in one. Glossy paper actually comes out rather nice for photos. Scanner works awesome and love the short cuts right on the touch screen to save as JPG or PDF. Software works with latest OS Yosemite. Replaced a Cannon MP830 which I loved, but cannon quit supporting with a driver for Yosemite. Made me so made I bought a HP and love it! Shame on you Cannon!!!!!! Your marketing technique to get people to buy a new printer is working, just not for your company!

A Good Printer For Light Printing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this HP Envy 7640 as a replacement and upgrade from a 7 year old HP premium Photosmart printer, which was very good. The 7640 is a good printer that could have been great if it had separate color ink containers. This printer is not for printing a 200 page manual unless you have replacement ink cartridges standing by.

Fax and scan as well (have not used yet.) Set up was a little difficult. Instructions were not very clear. Also, had difficulty finding and using app for e-printing. This was not specified in the instructions and I had to google to find out how to set up and use.

Simple but best Printer

The HP ENVY 7640 was an excellent choice

It prints email and word perfectly, it also has wireless capability that was easy to setup and is great to use. We have printed out some of our favorite photos using the HP photo tray included and the pictures came out perfectly aligned and in top format.

User friendly interface

It's very easy to install and the ink isn't messy like my previous printer. I also like the quiet sound it makes while printing.
