Needed to replace a damaged HP printer and was simple to make the choice to follow up with the brand since is the best looking one. Others might be good but feel cheap or ready to break. Works great, but best of all was the service we got at the store. They did a price match and delivered on everything offered.

This printer is fast and very easy to hook up. It is the perfect home office printer and does it take up much room. The price was hard to beat and with Best Buy shipping we had it in 2 days.

quick set up. Great feature that it has has an auto feeder at this price point. great quality black and white, but photos are not as crisp or sharp as my old canon. For the price though, and home office use, it is perfect. Also for that once in a blue moon usage, it has a built in fax mode

I have purchased a crapload of printers in all of my years of running offices. This particular unit is easy, fast and no difficulties to date. Works well with windows and my mac laptop with a re-portioned hard drive for the installation of windows.

Fast, quiet, reliable, wireless, prints very nice.

This is a very user friendly all in one printer for me. I base this on my previous printers - Lexmark, and previous model HPs. I got their HP monthly ink resupply deal which makes me not to worry about the exorbitant ink cost and worrying about it drying up when I am not printing because I am saving on the ink.

This wireless printer is very good. The copies are sharp & I haven't had any problems yet. I checked with Amazon and I could get it much cheaper than Best Buy. BUT...Best Buy matched Amazon's price and I didn't have to pay any shipping charges. Iselin's computer sales reps and Geek Squad are THE BEST !!!!!

This printer features scan, copy, and fax and does them all extremely well. It supports top document loading (very useful) and a dedicated photo paper tray. The printer can sense low ink levels and optionally order new ink cartridges wirelessly. All in all it is an excellent value for an very attractive price.

We needed a printer that would print pictures as well as be functional in an office. I was really happy with the picture quality. I was concerned because printers with separate ink cartridges for all the colors tend to be better for pictures. This printer uses one color cartridge and has great picture quality.

I bought this HP printer after my other HP printer of 10 years gave up. I must say that this HP Envy 7640 printer is by far better than the one I had. I love that fact that I can wireless print right off of my ipad and iphone if needed. The printing speed is very good too. And I like the fact it has a fax.

After having some difficulty setting it up it has been great. We also signed up for the ink cartridge program which we hope will save us money. Haven't had any problems so far. Over all great printer. Two- sided feature is great. Copy and print feature is easy to use. also works from our tablet & laptop.

My previous HP was built more solidly than this. The paper and photo tray are together and not the strongest plastic. I have not yet used my SD card in the printer, but I assume that it will work the same as the previous model. Best Buy had the best price for this printer with a $30 gift card at time of purchase.

Only issue There does seem to be an issue with the printer when it is sleep mode for to long. It tends not to print/turn on. I have had to unplug the printer a few times to get the control panel to initiate. U saw others had the same problem and asked a best buy associate to print something once it enters sleep mode. In store it did fine. After being in sleep mode for a couple days that when the problem occurs. Print quality Very good. Haven't used the photo printer yet but the color copier is nice. Ink doesn't saturate page. Other features I have used the copy and scan to email option more then a few times. This is probably one of the best featured for me. I have no home phone,so sending files via email is great. WiFi I have yet to lose wifi on the printer in the months I have had it. I believe i spoke to rep due to others reporting poor wifi connection. The rep did say you need to have a strong connection for HP products. Setup Couldn't connect via wifi initiall,so I hardline connected it setup. After that I have been on wifi. Overall,even with the issue it has in sleep mode I would buy again. Ink isn't too expensive and all printers are a little glitchy.

Getting printer unpacked and set up for main computer took about one hour. Test pages came out of good quality on the first trial. I then set up the printer for my tablet computer and tested it with success. The ability to print from anywhere is a definite plus and the quality of the printing is excellent.

Overall - love this printer, scanner, fax device. Set up was a bit clumsy with the online verse manual Wi-Fi installation but once it synced everything I have had no issues. Use it daily and love the quality. Photo printing is a great bonus. Ability to print from mobile is amazing

First thing I noticed was the low profile of the machine. It sits on a desk/table under bookshelves where I have less than 12" of clearance, and it's perfect there. Other machines were too tall. I wanted an all in one that just worked with no "issues", and this fit the bill perfectly. Real easy to set up and for $149. its a real winner for me. I was told by another customer to buy this model because she just did and loved it! I'm saying the same thing, it does what I need it to do without any problems. I'm not a heavy user so I can't comment if it is or isn't a workhorse, and I have only had it for less than 2 months...also be sure to get the ink subscription, also real easy to set up and my first shipment arrived and is on the shelf for when I need it... no last minute running out to the store because the ink ran out!

This printer is head and shoulders above anything I've ever owned for my at-home printing and scanning needs. It's quiet, efficient and fast, and enables me to get through a pile of paperwork in record time. Tech support is outstanding.

This printer is even better than I thought it would be. The copier is the best. I used to have to hand feed each page into my old copier. It was a breeze to set up. The only thing I can't figure out is how to print pictures off the computer. I can't seem to find the picture tray. Otherwise I love it.

My previous HP printer died after having it for several years. My new HP all in one printer was a great replacement. The ability to scan multiple pages at once, feed photo paper to print pictures and print double sided are nice to haves.

This printer works beautifully. Relatively easy to set up. No problems with wi-fi connectivity. We don't use it for more than printing recipes or minor household docs. It did work nicely when I ran out of invitations for my child's bday party and needed to print in color.
