This printer did a good job with pictures printed on photo paper. Computer software does not control the printer so paper source etc must be chosen on the printer itself.

my old hp printer had a problem so i got this with my iMac.it was easy to set up and works great,i love the instant ink program

The print quality is very good. The only problem I have had is printing on the photo paper. I am sure there is an easy fix for this and will contact the Geek Squad to fix it.

This is a great all in one printer. I had an old all in one and it was large and bulky and just looked like a dinosaur in my room. I like how compact this one is yet the features are all there. Scanning is a breeze since you can scan multi 2 sided documents at one time and have it set up to go directly into your email. Making emailing documents to anyone a breeze. So far I am very pleased.

The Envy is the best printer I have purchased in the last several years. I love the simple two cartridge ink, and it doesn't use much! Lots of options. Solid scanning and the document feeder works great with multiple pages. Very fast on both draft and normal settings. Haven't used it with photos so can't help there. I liked it so much I bought a second one (same model) for work!

I purchased 2 for myself and one for my niece. Very easy to setup whether via wifi or printer cable. I also like the feature of printing on both sides.

Upgrade from my third HP printer...works great and easy to use...difficult to set up mobile printing with mobile devices...

Very easy to set up. I usually ask one of my nephews to set it up for me but I had no problems doing it myself. Its a great printer and to replace my old Kodak printer.

Easy to set up and connect to your home network. Good photo print quality Did notice twice that it misses a page when printing a document using the double sided print option.

Like the ink plan so I never run out of ink. The quality of the copies is very good. I am still figuring out all of the possibilities of this printer.

Download the install but get several notices that the scan function not set up correct. Tried several times, but, I don't need the scanner right now. Does make good copies

Good all round printer, fax, scanner. Works well and is fairly fast. Fax capability is handy. Seemed to run through the ink pretty quick. Other than that it works well.

Simple to use wifi connectivity makes this a fantastic device for home use. It prints quickly has multi page scanning and sends scans documents to your computer via wifi.

Love this full feature printer. The set-up process is simple. Produces high quality documents. Limited experience so not sure if it is efficient with regard to ink usage.

I was not looking for a heavy duty printer, rather one that would meet our occasional use needs with fairly inexpensive ink. The HP Envy series was rated well by consumer reports, so I decided to give this one a try. Installation was easy, and the prints are on par with my previous printer (decent, but not fantastic quality). I read other reviews that complained about the noise. The printer isn't quiet, but I don't think it is that loud. Print speed is adequate considering how rarely we print. The paper tray is a bit small, but otherwise no real complaints so far!

Great printer for the price, cartridges are not expensive to replace. A little tricky to set up, but once we had the printer communicating with both Mac and PC, it was great!

So far the printer has done everything I had hoped. Only had it for a few weeks. Just bought replacement ink for it. Even thought it showed it had a little bit left it would not print unless you replaced it. (it had just shown a warning the night before then come morning would not work). That's one con. Another is the ads to buy ink from HP or sign up for there ink program. Last is when you replace the ink is how much ink is wasted printing an alignment page. Otherwise a good printer.

love my new hp 7640 printer justed purchased and works so much better than my old hp 309 printer it never would work right.

This was easy to set up. Easy to connect to Wi-Fi. Easy to connect to phones and tablets for printing. It's not the fastest but for home printing it gets the job done

When I'm running around I can use my phone to print documents and important papers. I can scan papers and make copies of documents quickly. All around great printer.
