Installed the apps the installtion recommended, but had problems able to pront from my phone. Uninstalled the apps and just re-installed the HP Print Service app and it worked. Not sure if HP was javong issues with the app, but should not have to "flood" your device with several different programs to connect with 1 device.

Smooth printing

Would be nice to just smoothly pull it in and out but it's like a push to open and close clip. Sucks because it makes the printer feel a little tacky and not flawless. The printer is pretty big but it does a good job and prints nicely and quickly.

Overly Complicated Installation but works great

It comes with a disk but the disk says it is best to go online for the latest software. This makes sense. BUT when I plugged the unit in it took me through a whole setup process that downloaded different software. I thought the printer was actually defective because everything would print like it was running out of ink and somethings wouldn't print at all. Finally figured out to uninstall the printer and reinstall with recommended software online. Even this was confusing and I spent 2 hours but finally got all features working. Way too complicated for the average user. I would guess Best Buy has many units returned because people think they are defective. Now it's a great printer with great features. I love you can scan something right into your email in box. Paper tray is also too small and a bit odd.
