I love my new printer. Regular copies are great but it is so easy to print pictures and they look great too.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to software installation. It comes with a disk but the disk says it is best to go online for the latest software. This makes sense. BUT when I plugged the unit in it took me through a whole setup process that downloaded different software. I thought the printer was actually defective because everything would print like it was running out of ink and somethings wouldn't print at all. Finally figured out to uninstall the printer and reinstall with recommended software online. Even this was confusing and I spent 2 hours but finally got all features working. Way too complicated for the average user. I would guess Best Buy has many units returned because people think they are defective. Now it's a great printer with great features. I love you can scan something right into your email in box. Paper tray is also too small and a bit odd.

Print quality is excellent. Photo color is sharp. Scan is easy to use.

It's a little tricky to set up for all my wireless devices but worth the effort. Very happy with the printer

I had some problems in the beginning with operating it but I am getting used to it. I like that it is wireless.

The paper tray is ackward really depends on your desktop situation. when scanning the automatic paper feed does not seem to work well so you will have to manually scan one at a time (time consuming) I wantd to exchange item to compare with the Epsom but timig was off. and seemed like a lot of work

It was easy to setup even for wireless printing. No problems so far and I don't expect any.

The best printer I bought from Best Buy to date. I've dabbled with 3 others before finding the one that fits my needs. Very fast on Wi-Fi and love the overall size for what it does. Got it on sale that made the deal even better for me. If you can spend $60 or more on a printer, get this one.

This is a replacement all-in-one printer for us. We've had 4 HP Printers over the last 25 years and every one has been better than the last. Great price, great print quality, easy setup, and especially love how easy it is to send print jobs/photos to the printer from our iPhones.

I use my printer at home for multiple purposes. I have printed photos, invitations and envelopes so far without difficulty. It is user friendly for the non-geek such as myself. I have also scanned to save documents as well as e mail them. Definitely a bargain for the price I paid.

Easy setup was first thing I noticed. This is not the fastest printer available but certainly qualifies as an excellent home or small business printer. Print quality is very good for text and photos. A negative would be that is somewhat noisy when operating. It snaps and pops loudly when printing.

Love the Wi-Fi option, works with my laptop. Prints great pictures.

Prints very nicely, but no mention of how to load legal size paper.

This printer set up was easy, connected to all my devices without trouble and even printers from a distance

i use this with all my apple products the prints are turning out beautiful i would recommend this printer

Very easy to use, but need to learn how to do two-sided copying and other stuff. I don't need to use fax.

print quality is really good. Wireless printing is a little unstable but works 99% of the time. Over satisfied
