I like the printer with the capability of multiple copies in succession. Very clear copies in color.

needed a ne printer looked at this one did lots more then i needed but I found i liked all the things can do WiFi printing, scanning 2 sided documents can print from any where with the app on your phone even, no problem with this printer so easy to use the kids u

LOVE the WIFI copy function. Its also very fast color or black and white. Not one problem easy set-up

This is my second 7640. I liked the first one, (home use) so much that I bought one for my small business. It's already loved by the staff. It does everything we need, i.e. printing tech info and diagrams, paychecks or even making signs for products in the lobby.

I came into buy some ink and was talked into buying a new printer and get on the instant ink plan. The HP salesman and the Best Buy salesman charged us for the instant ink and supposedly signed us up. My husband hooked up the printer and entered the enrollment code for instant ink. In doing an important tax document yesterday, I ran out of ink! I had a perfectly great printer all n one but bought another so I would not have to worry about running out of ink. After spending an hour and a half on the phone and on line with the HP help, I finally got it done again. This was supposed to have been done! I was charged for it and paid for it. I was so upset I was in tears. Your salespeople and the HP sales people need to be better trained. This was alot of unnecessary headache that I shouldn't have had to go through, especially when my day was over full already. Not happy, not happy at all. I never got my welcome kit and am now waiting on it. This had to be done 3 times, not happy.

Went in looking for photo printer. HP rep gave me demo and I was hooked. Great printer for the price.

HP printers are user friendly, the ink doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and I really like the scanner.

I have uesd many printers over the years and this one is, by far the most user friendly

I'm not a computer savant......the Envy HP 7640 printer was a piece of cake to set up and works great so far! Bought a new MacPro Lap Top and wireless HP Envy printer.....the two devices work awesome together.

Working fine so far. Easy to use. Size saves on space.

Bothe the printer and extra ink cost less than I though they would. The are both working super good.

I have been using it to print，scan，havnt tried to fax yet but in general it is a very good printer.

I just bought an HP Envy 7640 to replace a more expensive printer. It was easy to install and the copies are much clearer. I also wanted to print from my IPhone. I am very pleased with the printer and very satisfied with the staff. They were more than helpful.
