This unit has a smaller footprint than the previous printer which is good. I like that it is always ready to print and does not waste precious minutes charging the inks. I would give 5 stars but setup was a little confusing but then I am not a techie person.

Has functioned well with good interface with my Verizon Wi-Fi and whole house access to printer.

I am loving this printer! It was easy to set up and use. The quality is amazing! I love that HP has a way to set up a personal email to send docs to and the printer will automatically print it...and I was able to enroll in the auto refill ink program. I recommend this printer.

I'm so pleased we decided to go to best buy to get our printer, the young lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us a few different choices she didn't tell us to buy the most expensive one she asked us what we needed it for and we told her and she showed us the right one. I'm very satisfied with our purchase and will be back to get our computer there.Best Buy is the only place we buy our electronics.

Set up went well. The first several print jobs went well prints well from I phone & Pad . Find small fingerprint is better for this home office. Fact is don't use it that often so it will take some time to use all the features and evaluate them.

I have always bought HP printers. Purchased this one to replace 2 printers so could save space. Do a great job printing pictures and other things. Already had to replace this printer because I signed up for instant ink and it would not accept the ink cartridges. Hopefully this is just a problem with this one printer. Hopefully when I put the instant ink cartridges into the new printer I will not have the same issue.

Good quality print and fast. Like the wireless printing option from my iPhone.

Very easy setup and connecting to my Windows laptop and iPad. I think it has great print quality for my needs. I printed a resume and it looks very good. I really like the touch screen menu. I haven't tried out the fax as I don't have a need for that yet.

I purchased this printer due to its AirPrint capabilities, printing from my phone and tablet were key. This printer has worked great for me and I have had no issues. I am able to print on both my laptops, tablet, and phones with no wires. So far, no issues!
