    Took some getting used to. Setting up and connecting to printer. Hadn't noticed but i need to buy a portable DVD play as this has none. My fault for not noticing.

    It is a good desktop if you are only using it for home. Had to purchase Windows 11 Pro software to use for remote connection to my work computer. Had ask associate about this and assured me I could use it for remote connection which was not true.

    In my experience, HP pc/laptop/laser printers are the way to go. Have had much better results than with customers who bought Dells (which was their choice, not mine!) and other brands. Some companies make great motherboards but doesn't always translate to great laptops/pc's.

    Machine wise it was a great value to buy an open box. However, there was open holes on the back of the machine where video cards were removed...kind of concerning
