    PC started beeping upon startup within 4 months of purchase. Had to take in for service as it would not operate. Highly frustrating as it is used for work. Took two months to get it back. Had to be rebuilt.

    Nice pc. Does everything I want it to. HP support is poor. Don’t expect help from them all they want is to sell you a service option. If your thinking of updating it with other peripherals you will have a hard time. It will accept another SSD. Proprietary power supply no more slots to expand. For the price it’s a good pc.

    Great machine for the price. Picked up an open box in excellent condition when it was on sale. Really like the specs/features and the overall high quality of the package, including a nice wireless keyboard and mouse. Recommended highly!

    Great PC doing just I need and bought it to do. Starts up real quick, and shuts downs just as quick. Don't like that it has a 4 GB card and an 8GB card instead of 2 (8GB). Other than its working out great.

    I had a 10 year old HP with Window 8.1 that was still working. I bought this new tower with Window 11 because of the price. The tower is smaller and that is good. The power button too small. I hate it.
