Our church needed a computer to run our multi media during services. This has all the memory we needed and is simple and easy to operate. This is much easier to train someone on than our previous computer.

This computer is awesome. No kidding. No noise. Fast. Just a great deal and the 1TB HD is BIG. There's to added upto two more hard drives on the inside too.

Easy to set-up. Quiet operation. MS Windows 11 offers quick boot times.

The PC is great but the design is limited and old fashioned. Why use a big box when there is only one slot for a card to provide special features. And with all that room, why not provide connection ports on the side rather than the back so those of us who park are boxes under the desk can more easily modify our attached components. Not everything is wireless.

This desktop functions great for the price. Would buy it again.

This new computer is working very well. And as Best Buy moved over from my old computer, it is mostly working OK. Just 2 very small issues: All of my albums except 1 work OK on iTunes. And I may be able to fix that one album which doesn't work. One other thing is that printing on my Canon is not yet working. But I may be able to fix that also.

Overall positive experience. Very surprised. They could not find the order for some time but eventually they found it. There was no keyboard or mouse but they told me about it. Surprised at this level of service at BB !

This is a great little machine - it is little in size, but it packs a pretty decent punch! It's not meant for gaming, or heavy photo/video editing though it could do it...maybe just not as efficiently as a machine dedicated to it.

I recently purchased a HP Envy Desktop TE01-3244 computer and have been extremely happy with it. The speed on my old computer was very slow and starting to become a problem. I had to wait for it to boot up, wait to get to different sites and I had to restart it at different times. What a joy to have this computer resolve all these issues. I would recommend this computer to anyone that wants a fast and dependable computer.

I have liked it for the short month I have had it, but not too hot on the updated Windows 11 which has made a few of my software updates I had on previous Windows 10 not work or allow me to update. HP - ENVY Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Black Wish the tower also had the CD/DVD in the unit like my ASUS did. Had to buy a seperate CD/DVD unit & connect it to my HP tower thru USB to have that use now

Great desktop. Easy set-up, Lots of storage and expansion. Excellent for your basic desktop computer for your average daily use.

Worked as soon as assembled. Liked the ease of assembly, the speed of operation. Only had 2 weeks - so can't judge long term durability.

Replacing a 6 yo Acer. This is used for paying bills and surfing the internet. Very surprised how quick it boots up. Very quiet. No complaints.

Really like the configuration for basic usage. First one I bought had a bad rear chassis fan. Returned the defective one (HP support was worthless) & the second one has worked perfectly.

1TB Ssd is good for the money and the PC is fast for office work. We got 3 of them on Sale and 2 year warranty from Best Buy! Can’t beat that!

Difficult to set up, both my wife and I struggled with set up instructions and had to hire a professional to get it set up and online. No problems with the unit, just too technical unless you are a computer guru. Keep that in mind.

Excellent desktop. Fast boot up and operation. Windows 11 really like it better than windows 10. Wireless keyboard and mouse is very nice.

Excellent computer. Can handle adobe cloud and the work load that a graphic designer would have. Have to be careful with storage, especially if video editing.

Keep up your good service. The price of the computer is fairly good. The product is good to work with & easy to use.

Fabulous. It has everything I need and very fast and easy to set up and transfer data from existing old PC.
