You have to stick a pencil in the on/off switch, it doesn't protrude out enough. I think my biggest problem is with Win 11. I would go back to 10 if I could with no problems.

I think I will like my new computer. But your Geek Squad service was a great disappointment! They did not help me. I paid for the service and was treated very badly. I know I am old and do not understand a lot about the computer, but I felt that my questions were not taken seriously. My computer was not fully set up. I have had lots of questions and needed help that I did not get it. I still do not have the computer set up properly. Such a disappointment from a company I have bought from for so many years. I am sure this will be my last purchase from you. Sorry to be so negative, but I am upset.

This store tried to rip me off! Purchased an openbox excellent "floor model" pc. Drove over an hour to get there. Get home, and find they failed to pack the accessories or power cord. Suspicious, i opened the PC to see what else was missing from my purchase. The OEM hardware had been swapped, the ssd and ram were not the standard HP components, the ssd was western digital! Cords were unplugged and there was a sticker labeled as "spare parts" on the motherboard. What exactly was i paying for?! And then, to top it off, i cant call the store because their phone lines all divert to a c.s. call center who refuse to patch you to the store so i have ZERO way to verify with the manager what i found in my package and an assurance when i went to a new store they wouldnt accuse me of stealing anything. New store couldnt care less. Guess it happens a lot. This should speak volumes. And even better there is no information on what exactly is and is not included with the purchase. The check out attendant at the new store tried to tell me that the accessories were not included. I showed her the online site and best buy explanation of " excellent" to prove her otherwise. Besides, cant do much without a powercord! Asked for paperwork on warranty, she printed off a page from the website. This was such a horrible experience. People need to be careful purchasing from this store. No one from best buy has reached out to me about this issue. If you buy a computer, you need to check Everything.
