    The computer is excellent. The service rep who sold it to me was excellent. The geeks who set it up were terrible. The took a week to set it up and lost the receiver dongle so I could not use the mouse or keyboard. The manager who I talked to about this problem was awful. This man should not be representing Best Buy. What a jerk!
