A very direct and easy system and not being very technical myself; I am able to follow all and enjoy using very much. Also pleased with the Best Buy technician who installed and set up all for us. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new PC and the price was good too. Robin Adelman

Great sales terrible Geeks and Management

The service rep who sold it to me was excellent. The geeks who set it up were terrible. The took a week to set it up and lost the receiver dongle so I could not use the mouse or keyboard. The manager who I talked to about this problem was awful. This man should not be representing Best Buy. What a jerk!
