Included keyboard was terrible. Too touch sensitive and impossible to type with. Replaced with my old keyboard.

Changing with the times

I was afraid the change would be difficult to learn. Much to my surprise I really like the windows 11. The best part is the Geek squad at Best Buy assured me they would be there to help me through the learning process.
