This is actually a very nice computer for the price.

The HP Envy Desktop seems to be a nice computer - except for the keyboard. The keyboard is just too small. This is also the first computer I have purchased that does NOT come with Office -or has it always been that way? What I like most is the tech crew at Best Buy. I went in twice with questions. They not only answered my questions, they made certain I understood the answers! The difference between Windows 10 and Windows 11 is serious. WOW!

I found what I wanted, it's a desktop PC, works fine. Plenty of memory, enough USB ports, no floppy drive, sleek design. Nothing fancy. Last time I bought a tower (around 2016) it was lime $300-350. This time double.

Knowledgeable ,courteous and friendly help. Quick transfer from old computer. New one is fast and responsive. Geek squad was available and helpful. Best outcome in seamless transfer with virtually jo learning curve.

Super fast and quiet quality graphics no complaints

I am very satisfied with my new HP computer. Even with the Windows 11 system I have doing okay navigating so far. It has a super recovery time and start up time, compared to my previous Lenovo, which was 10 years old.

Windows 11 is a challenge. More difficult to learn than I thought it would be. Equipment is fine. Like how compact it is.

very good computer for the price. had room to add more HD drives. Hopefully it will be reliable.

I bought this to replace a 15 year old unit that my grandfather had been using. He said he didn’t need anything major and wanted something that would last. From what I can tell this unit fits the requirements perfectly. We haven’t had any major issues with it and have definitely noticed an increased processing speed. The only thing we haven’t been able to test of course is longevity, we hope it can continue operations as long as the previous unit did.

It would have got a 5, I was told by clerk that cables didn't come with machine. well when opening box there is cables. HDMI cables were there. Then the cables he brought me weren't right they went to something else (squared off on one end. Same thing with printer. Bought the machine in ND for daughter, I live in Oregon. so I feel clerk did me wrong. She really likes the machine, she works remote so needed upgrade. 50 bucks shot because employee mislead me.

Seems like a good buy only using for office computer..

This computer was exactly what I was looking for and needed in my small office. I'm not a game player so basically just wanted it to surf the web and loaded excel and word onto it.

Love this computer. It does everything I need. Learning curve to start but great purchase.

Easy to setup, fast for the price, windows 11 preinstalled.

This toward was for my computer to up date my system . So the old computer system will be use to setup a system for my grandkids to do they thing on. They love to go childs app" playgames and e.t.c.

The unit is fine, very compact. There are a few glitches but overall the unit is acceptable.
