It's definitely an upgrade for me that I really needed.

If you are looking for a basic computer then for the money this is a good buy.

So far, so good. I'm enjoying it. Smooth operation.

difficulty finding the on switch\? Where is the cropping thingy

The mouse is poor quality. LT/RT buttons jam. Thin plastic, poor button return. Cheap feel. The mouse is "the" tactile component... should be more robust. Everything else is working.

Nice computer. Light weight, only surprise was no dvd drive.

The desktop material looks cheap. I do have issues with the keyboard it will freeze.

This desktop only has one HDMI port so I had to go out and purchase a dock that would give me additional HDMI ports to hook up dual screens. Grounded is my fault for not looking, but the sales person never informed me that I was gonna need to purchase additional equipment just to make this computer work in the long run. I would’ve been better off spending more money on a desktop with more features.

I only give this review a low rating because of the Geek Squad . I also ordered Microsoft business and they did not have anyone experienced in the program. I spent many hours with the geek Squad trying to set up Outlook and my emails. Below i am only rating the computer and nor the geek Squad service

Desktop is ok, but after buy this one price dropped $150 It was disappoint.

The staff that helped me had me buy a keyboard and mouse when it came with them. Very upset when I got home and it had the items in the box.

Not faster thanmy old computer...almost nothing was transferred over, I really don't like it.

Can you believe they sent me 2 computers. The first one was paid off when I ordered it and the second one was return. So than I received a return receipt which I believed was for the Second one. Turns out it the return receipt was for my FIRST ONE FULLY PAID at time of order and place it on my credit card. The minimum was listed so low that it would exceed 12 month no interest amount. Can you believe this??

When I figure out how to run it I will let you know. A book giving directions and "how tos" would have been great!

Cannot get the speakers to work with this new system. The speakers are new also.

WIRELESS KEBOARD POOR QUALITY, DID NOT WORK. BEST BUY REFUSE TO REPLACE OR FIX KEYBOARD. WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN. BUYERS BEWARE.

I will not buy this pc. I had it at home for one day and this pc was shutting down every five minutes. And that is why I returned it.

Y new H-P Envy Desktop has everything i was hoping for. It is an ideal product for a senior citizen. Plenty of storage. Fast and accommodating for latest software versions. Small upright footprint for home use. Only thing lacking is a CD/DVD player.

Excellent performance and doesn't take up as much space as my previous gaming computer. Setup was a breeze, and I have not had any problems whatsoever.
