In this case, while most older computers have a built-in optical drive, few new computers include one, as it has been seen that not many people need these drives anymore. Most new software and data are downloaded from the internet rather than installed from a disc, you can actually raise your complaint directly with the manufacturer.

Solid all around Desktop

I would have to say the user interface and overall operation of this unit is pretty dang smooth. The keyboard is nice and lowpro with solid keys. The mouse feels nice but the clicker is hit or miss sometimes if you don't click it like you mean it. Over all, out of all the computers I have used, this one is my number 1. Would recommend for all around great desk top.

Maybe none of them come with that option anymore? So I can't purchase and install a game I lost when my old computer crashed. I am leery of downloads.
