THis desktop is excellant for all my needs. It is fast and has all the features that I use. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to those that are not looking for a gaming computer.

Bought this as a replacement for a client's aging business desktop; setup was fast and straightforward and the performance is excellent for the price. It's Windows 11, of course, with all that brings with it - gotta log in with a Microsoft account; you can work around that, but it's a PITA and it breaks some features - Windows insists on downloading/installing a large update almost immediately, so be prepared for a bit of a wait depending on your Internet speed Also - this is intended as a business machine; it does NOT have a dedicated GPU, so don't expect high-end graphics performance or Bitcoin mining. But for its intended purpose, it's excellent.

This is my second HP product. Ease of use and holding steady.

Great size and weight. Very easy set. I was able to get it from box to working and used in about 20 minutes.

Really like my HP. It runs quiet and very smooth, no glitching. It did take a little getting used to the sleep mode. Had to get in the havit of depressing rather than tapping a key to bring it out of skeep mode. I wish there was a legend or cheatsheet to tell me what some of the function keys did when pressed with FN, Ctrl, Alt, and/or Shift key. Tried finding one on the HP site to no avail.

My husband loves his new computer. It took some getting used to with Windows 11, but that's to be expected with any new operating system. He hasn't complained once. Great purchase price and super fast shipping!

Very Solid Desk Top Computer with Nice Speed and Quiet .

So the computer itself is really nice. I was amazed how it boots up so unbelievably fast. I am impressed with the computer for all my none gaming needs. Had one small glitch on a start up, but rebooting fixed that. I however am not impressed with the very basic wireless mouse which does work or the bad keyboard (at least mine) which doesn't. The keyboard multiple types letters and numbers too many times to be usable. I tried slowing down the timing to the lowest setting, but to no avail. Probably should try to warranty it, which I hope is not a big hassle. I've always stuck with HP and this is really the first issue I've ever encountered.

Had to replace wife's computer because it was too old for windows 11. She uses it for web surfing and videos. HP is a quality company for PC's. Set it up, transferred her files and installed her programs, took about 90 minutes. Very satisfied.

The computer is doing great, I on the other hand am being handicapped because there is no physical manual. I usually take my manuals with me and read when I can. Having it only available on line gives you only the time you can access the system to read and then you have to do it again to learn the processes with the system.
