    The price was great and since I have the bestbuy total membership I wasn't worried about the warranty. It works great but I couldn't upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. I had to reformat the hard-drive, install Windows 11 Home from the MS site and then I was able to upgrade.

    Since Windows 10 on my old desktop could not be upgraded to Windows 11 I purchased the Envy I5. I was impressed with the ease of setting my new desktop. Also, I extremely pleased with the ease of transferring files from my old desktop to the Envy I5. Thank you Best Buy employees steering me to a computer best fit for my needs and computer knowledge.

    Good computer and set-up when I upgraded to Windows 11. I would say the storage space on the hard drive could be bigger and hold more data. Otherwise, as always, HP is a winner and thanks to Best Buy.

    I have purchased HP Desktop since Windows 95 and had to replace them when they became outdated. The last two were windows 7, upgraded to windows 10, and both were great machines, but needed to be replaced due to end of support. i know that the two replacements will, hopefully, last just as long!
