    The desktop computer is functional at a good price because it was on sale. The Geek squad was great and was able to transfer data form my old computer that had survived a lightning strike.

    Our Apple computer finally gave out. We went to our favorite store Best Buy. Took no time at all. Found my New HP desktop computer and home I went to set up. And whatever you do, Never forget to add the Geek squad.. Best decision we ever did.

    The PC tower works great but Windows 11 is really a horrible invention by Microsoft. Even with 360 and Outlook for my emails I had to spend 4 hours with a Microsoft technician to get my old Outlook calendar close to what it was.

    The Geek Squad successfully installed new software and some old software on my new computer. I am so glad to be a Best Buy Total member. When I took my new computer home, I had terrible visions of it not working with my older monitor and printer. INSTEAD, I just plugged in all the cables, pushed the power switch, and it was up and running PERFECTLRY!!!
