I could not get the video to respond properly and was pretty beat up after the earlier effort. It may be just fine.

Open Box DOA

However, after setting it up, and after several attempts, the system would not boot. On top of that, the dongle for the wireless keyboard/mouse was missing. I boxed it back up and took it to my local store hoping they could help, but the Geek Squad couldn't help beyond giving my money back. I eventually bought a custom build from HP.

I swear I only used it a few times. Now I have a blank screen. Just out of warrantee. It is either this or my monitor. Brought this, my Monitor and my Printer. All a bad deal

Open Box means USED!!

It was sold and an Open Box - Not as a used computer. When attempting to register with HP, I am getting a Warranty Expired message saying this machine was registered a year ago??

Also maybe I should upgrade. Bought an upgrade, left both in store for a fix & transfer. A few Days later took both home and it seems there was No Fix but just a transfer. What good is that for me to bug an annual Service "?" contract.

Not worth it

It crashed 5 times within 2 days. I immediately took it back. I have a Lenovo Ideapad that’s 3 years old and never had those types of issues… I don’t recommend it. A lot of value, but unproven.

HP - ENVY Desktop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HELLO FOLKS My boss "wife" realy loves this HP - ENVY Desktop !!! Easy to set up, seems to be build very well and fast thanks to the 12GB RAM. The 1T SSD is very nice as most of the newer desktops in his price range only have 256 SSD. The included wireless keyboard and mouse is a nice touch as well.... In fact the only issue we have that makes his a 4 star instead of a 5 star is it has no bay/slot to install an internal optical "DVD-RW" drive. so we had to buy an external drive. But this might not be an issue with most people anyway. .................THAT'S ALL FOLK'S ☺
