I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to technology (computers). It's going to take some time getting familiar with it. It offers a lot of new features that my old computer did not have. But right now, everything is ok.

I had never bought a computer that didn't have Word on it at least. I do not like having no CD for Office since suddenlink is so unreliable.

Not bad for the money

It’s actually better than the last generation 8 Dell I had. Of course no internal disk drive. Makers are getting stingy but prices keep going up.
