I love this unit. It's the best I've ever had. It's very fast boot up time is awesome. I'm able to do multiple things very efficiently on this Envy.

This PC has worked well from the start and the next 30 plus days that it has been in operation. This was my third purchase and the only one to operate based on my small business needs. I had to return the other two PC's due to poor performance.

I really like this desktop computer tower. It is compact in size. With it having 1 tb there is a lot of storage space. It runs quickly. It is loaded with Windows 11. There are a lot of usb ports. The only issue is the power button. It has a slot to put your finger in instead of a round button. I'm really glad i purchased this.

Very satisfied with ths computer. My previous one of over 10 years window vista died on me. It had a double CD disc burner which I loved. The updated version's no longer have the Cd slots. A seperate purchase now. Yes I still like my CDs. It is a very quite system. Don't even know it is on great compared to my old one. Was surprised by the battery operated keyboard. That was a new one for me. But love that it is smaller than my old one. Does take some getting used to being flat and close keys. I don't use it for work so its great. Satisfied with the speed and storage for my needs. I use for shopping, paying bills, picture storage and music. So works great for me. Happy to finally get rid of Vista. Was very happy it was an in store purchase. The Best Buy employee was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Even the geek squad got all my stuff transferred fast and efficiently. Very satisfied and happy customer with the whole experience. Considering i kept putting it off till the old system crashed.

Good for basic home computing. Nice and quiet with a solid state and SATA drive. Very quiet fans. Also has Windows 11. So far no complaints at all. We play very basic games so we are not very demanding on the system. Good value for the price in my opinion.

Very compact and very fast. Has plenty of USB ports and runs very quietly.

I have used this non-stop every day for over a year, love it ! fast, reliable with lots of space.

This was an open box item. Enabled me to save money as it was literally just the desktop, not even the power cord but that was fine as I had keyboard &mouse everything I needed. As I am using this computer for photos Mp3 files, emails 12gb memory is enough. Quick to open, fast in processing. I would suggest that in the future Best Buy at least provide a box. The employee who helped me was nice enough to find me a large bag but realistically Best Buy should provide a box.

I have always been happy with HP products and this Envy desktop computer with Windows 11 is no exception. The boot up time is instant and the computer can display all the needed resolutions with no lag. Out of the box it was easy to set up and with the size of the 1 TB hard drive I had plenty of space for my music and pictures. Definitely worth the price.

I bought this PC for less than half of the original price. This item was on sale as open box. I went to pick up the PC and was not expecting this PC to be in brand new condition. Best Buy really went above and beyond in delivering quality products even its used or open box. That’s why I always choose Best Buy when I want to purchase electronics and appliances.

This is a great computer. The reviews are true about fast it boots up and its fast surfing the net. It comes with Windows 11, I found out windows 11 has glitches and some printer will not work with windows 11. Call HP and they said it would take time for windows 11 updates to fix the problem. But who knows when.

This computer is amazing !!! I had a i3/windows 10 and it was so slow and laggy, it drove me crazy. I was hesitant to purchase a windows 11 since it was so new, but it's the best decision I made. When I power on withing 3 seconds max it's on the screen for me to put my code in to login. It's lightening fast browsing the net, downloading and anything else I'm doing. I have no issues accessing any site for work or school. The best of all the desktop is quiet as a mouse. 10/10

While I have only owned this computer 3 1/2 weeks, so far, I love it! It is blazing fast, was easy to set up. Bought the Office Home & Student 2021 (1 Device) [Digital] to go with it, so all is well with the world. My computer world, that is. I have purchased a number of HP computers over the years, some for personall (desktops AND laptops), some for the business I buy for. I continue to have excellent luck with the HP brand, and my computers are well-used. Combine that with Best Buy's ongoing competitive price and you've got a good match.

Excellent! Couldn't be happier! This is our second purchase of an HP Envy Desktop. When my parent's computer crashed, I immediately told them how happy I am with them, so we bought this one for them. Very easy to set up, user friendly, FAST, and excellent memory capacity! Highly Recommend!!

Turns on and loads fast. Internet pages load fast. Solid state drive is the way to go. For the amount of memory and speed, the price of the computer on sale was great.

This computer was easy to set up. It has lots of memory and is running so much faster than my old one. I am very satisfied.

Fast and space is no longer a problem. Easy to setup and no problems with the setup or adding devices with the numerous USB options.
