I am happy with the product, it is working well as my private office workstation. However the premise of the purchase in the first place was to replace an existing Gateway workstation that could not be upgraded to Windows 10. Being part of a domain network I needed Windows 10 Pro. Despite long conversation with Geek Squad sales, they never told me they only have Windows 10 Home on the computers for sale in-store. After the error was found, they quoted almost $200 for the version upgrade. I proceeded with the online upgrade from the Microsoft Store for only $100. They did not seem well prepared for a small business customer.

This computer is working out great for the high speeds my programs require. Fast loading and quiet running.

Great desktop PC at a good price. Super fast processor for gaming, surfing the net, etc. Quite too.

This was a replacement for a five year old Dell. It is certainly an upgrade with much more memory and speed. We had it installed and it is working just fine.

The desktop computer seems to be good. Windows 10 has no word processing program, not even notepad. Had to pay for MS Office just to type a letter. The computer used all my monthly data to update Windows 10 immediately after setting the new computer up. So I didn't get to use the new computer for a week after purchasing it with no data. This was a Windows problem, not an HP computer problem. So be advised if you don't have unlimited data. The wireless keyboard is very comfortable and small. The wireless mouse is nice.

After been used a old desktop, now the work seems much easier. Really good. Fast, practical.

This computer is so much faster than my previous pc thanks to the solid state hard drive.

My first solid state hard drive and it performs very fast and very well with a golden silence while operating. The drive capacity is not high but high enough for non-streamers and gamers. The design elements that I find troublesome include a tiny on-off switch and a vertical DVD/CD player/writer. These items are almost camouflaged as to be difficult to find at first. Lots of USB ports though. Documentation is limited. It came with a set of screws with no attribution that I had to ask the Geek Squad about, Still, it remains a satisfying purchase.

Love this purchase. This desktop with a new monitor plus an added external drive has been a great setup for my home office. It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I added a Logitech USB keyboard and mouse as I prefer that. The foot print of the tower takes up less space than my previous desktop. The system was easy to install. I am also happy to have added the Microsoft 365 Office solution as well.

Love this computer. After looking at a few decided to get this one it was just the same as the one I had gotten before & the price was lower . It works great . one thing I have a problem with is the key board & the mouse can not get them to work. I think they gave the wrong one or something . I even went online & try to get help & they said to call the store . but with the virus still hanging around I with like to go & show them it will be easier then calling . but all in all the computer is working good & I am very satisfy always will buy from best buy.

Great desktop, use it for the office and has not let me down. Easy and fast setup. Was able to transfer all the data from my old desktop onto this one in a breeze. This computer is very quite as well, so quite you don't even know it's on. Computing power is perfect for office work. You won't go wrong with this one if you need it for home or office.
