Great product great service

Perfect on both counts. We also had geek squad help in transferring necessary docs from old damaged computer and set up. Everything was smooth beyond belief.

This computer has exceeded my expectations

So far it has performed very well without any trouble. Would recommend this item without reservation.

Very Happy Thus Far

Microsoft teams, Office, Citrix etc. Wireless keyboard and mouse are included. Very easy to set up. Both the store employee and myself believed there would be a VGA cable included and my box did not contain one so if you need one, consider buying one just in case and then returning if there is one inside.

Lightweight and easy set up

Other software I used to have is no longer on this newer machine. I wish I had my own computer support people to help me...I am a 73 year old senior with limited knowledge of my system. I know just enough to be dangerous. I am going to need a lot of help to get back what I once had.
