upgraded from a windows 7 to windows 10 was able to connect the 2 computers with a newegg switch where all my internet info was transferred to my windows 10 and all my 50 games are on my windows 7 all you have to do is click on the switch to go from one to the other also works great with my HP-ENVY 5055 printer the new computer seems to work faster than the older one

This product is a great buy. It is very easy to use and very efficient for all I need to do. I would recommend any person to buy this tower. I did business for the first time with Best Buy when I purchased this desktop computer and if I ever need to make any purchases for products like this they will be the first company I give my business to.

Computer is doing everything I purchased it for. Great processing speed and has meet expectations, Only drawback: came with Windows 10 Home Version instead of Windows 10 professional and should have came pre-loaded with Office 2016 minimum. Otherwise, I recommend the computer itself for anyone for either a home office ore for use in a business.

I desperately needed a Desktop that could handle my College coursework (Computer Science) and music production that I do as a hobby. This computer has surpassed my expectations and is still running as smoothly as the day I bought it. I am so happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend this PC for basic functionalities and some light editing.

Great desktop for doing at home computer work and good price

I was looking for a replacement for an old Dell desktop. My sales person showed me a Dell and this HP system which was on sale. When comparing prices for the monitor, the 2 systems priced out the same and this model had more storage capacity. Easy to set up and Best Buy Geeks transferred all of my data from the old machine to the new one. So far so good!!

This Envy is everything I have needed for my business. The processing speed is incredible. My old HDD laptop would take a minute or so to boot up. This SSD one takes seconds. The hard drive had plenty of space, and the unit having several ports makes it easy to use several bluetooth devices at once. Great price! Very enjoyable machine!

I bought this as a replacement for my wife's old computer. She hates windows 10, she had windows 7. After I got rid of all unused 10 by product. she loves the speed to turn on and use. She is not computer savy. she just wants turn on and play. she is very happy and so am I. It works better than we both could ask for. I rate this as a 11 in scale of 10.

So far performing well with no problems. Still making my way around the new platform. Ran windows 7 for years but some things are different specially no noise from the hard drive. Got love that feature plus the price and promotions. All in all its a fast unit with pretty nice features which I really don`t know if I use them all. Reviews are what I based my decision on buying this unit, so that's why Iam giving good rating and not excellent rating. ANYONE KNOWS IT TAKES TIME TO RATE IT EXCELLENT

I absolutely must say I can’t be happier with this computer! This was a replacement for a work computer that certain softwares kept crashing on me while using. Ever switching to this HP all problems are now in the past and has yet to crash on me, not even once! Would definitely recommend this to any business users that needs a steady reliable computer!

I've owned several PC towers but this is the best one yet. Super fast in all respects. I would recommend this to anyone, great buy.

This computer is working great so far. I really wanted an i7 or i9, but those were above the price point I was trying to stay within for a home computer. It works just great for what we need, which is primarily running office apps and web browsing but also does a nice job with graphics-intensive games and with Adobe CS2 applications.
