Good storage, good RAM, all around quality mid-range desktop. Purchased as a full-time work from home computer and it runs software for work alongside software for gaming and other applications without a hitch.

Great cpu for home use. Plenty of storage. Very fast.

I bought thr first one and picked up in the parking lot. Took it home and found it not responding to the keyboard. I took it back but Best buy would not take it back due to Corona virus. So I bought another one with the promise they would take the other one back later. The second one is working fine. I like the SSD, quiet and fast. I would recommend to a friend. Even recommend Best Buy, as long as they return my money and take the failed HP back.

I would recommend this to a friend. The computer is fast and immediately came up after I put my password in. I am not computer savvy but I am not having any trouble operation the computer. The computer I had previously was an all in one but it was very slow and I had to wait what seemed like ages to come up.

I finally broke down and Bought this Computer. For the Money, seems to be a good Buy. The SSD is fast and so far, excellent is access speed. However, the included Documentation is sparse with NO Diagram of the Back-Panel connections. For the potential complexity of Computer, HP should of included a more comprehensive User's Printed Manual, or, at least, a E-Manual that could be accessed by User.

It's 512 GB of memory puts it in the same general category as non-SSD computers, but with all the advantages (mainly speed) of an SSD. My one quibble: the start button on the unit is tucked away in a vertical slot that is not especially accessible.

This computer is powerful, fast and easy to set up.

We bought the computer for work use and within a week of having it had to work from home. This computer has been capable of remoting into my work computer and processing graphics of CADD software with ease. Very satisfied with the product. Was very easy to setup and didn't require a lot of installations.

It works the way it should and as expected of a windows 10 tower, but I'm still abit iffy on the price considering there are other towers out there with the same stats for a lower price. However, this was just for my mom and she has no problems with either so other than the price nothing to really complain about.

My husband hated our Mac and we went back to a Windows computer. Still reorienting myself to the “non-Mac” world but so far so good. Best Buy has great associates and they were extremely helpful with this technologically challenged woman as I also had to purchase some items for my home office due to COVID-19.

I am going through a bit of a learning curve from Windows 7 to 10 but catching on pretty well. Service from Geek has been excellent. Reggie in the Cedar Hill store has been wonderful in helping collect and transfer data from my crashed computer into the new one and helping me with questions and details. He's the best!

Small but mighty. Streams programs easily. Responds quickly with its i5 Core. Good value for the price.

Went in to the Jacksonville North store. Was greeted with great customer service. Got a lot of information on this product and was show the difference in what I was originally going to buy. I'm glad that I got this instead. A lot faster with more memory for the same price as a Dell was looking at.

Love the Envy Desktop.....just replaced my older Envy I got in 2016 and only really got this one because I was afraid of the supply chain shutdown that I would not be able to buy a computer if my old Envy went kaput. So now I have them both side by side.

I have only had this computer for a few weeks, but so far everything is great. The solid state drive is super fast and quiet. I like the appearance of this computer. It takes a little getting used to the vertical DVD drive, but that isn't a problem. It just takes a little longer to insert a DVD.

I purchased this computer bc my old one was just getting too old and slower.It was time. I stuck with HP bc my last one worked fine and it had everything I wanted in a new computer. I couldn't be more happy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Everything about is what I needed

It is so easy to use. Am having a ball with adding pictures and videos onto my new computer. Just got it in January 2020 and cannot say enough about out it is so easy to use. I am a 75 yr old senior with very little computer experience and this has been the best thing I could do for myself!

Killer deal on this tower. Sped up my wife's computing noticeably. Room for an HDD and a SSD I wanted to add. 512GB SSD is decent storage size - and it's SSD. Critical these days. 12GB DDR4, also good for speed. The absolute perfect solution for home office computing. Very pleased.

This HP Envy desktop is all that I was looking for in a new computer. I was looking for something that didn't have a lot of bells and whistles since all I needed was a computer that could surf the web and keep track of my household accounts. It is very quiet and compact.
