Much faster than my old computer and is very quiet.

I bought this desktop so that I can edit my youtube videos (Subscribe to my channel @ Deeshawn North http://www.youtube.com/c/MarquezSims) This Desktop works great. It's fast and I definitely recommend buying this to anyone looking for a good desktop.

This unit was very easy to set up and the price was very reasonable.

Great computer. This machine meets all of my pre-purchase requirements. 12g of RAM and 4 USB ports in the front for those times when you need to access files from multiple flash drives. This one's a definite winner in my book! 4 stars!

Fantastic unit, runs fast, and has been able to handle daily work usage. Love the mouse and keyboard that came with it too, didn’t have to spend more money on that so was able to get a decent monitor with those saved funds

I have always loved HP products, and now that I have a new HP ENVY, once again all is right with the world. What amazed me the most was the compactness of this unite...Thank you HP for making such an awesome and compact unite.

I was watching this computer and it went on sale for $120 off so I got it. It replaced a 3 year HP desktop and it great. Starts up with in 10 to 15 seconds. Programs run with ease. Love HP!

It was being discontinued and only available as an "opened box" @ local brick & mortar. HP still had ability to buy custom built but by the time I looked again, that option went away. I searched the internet and found Best Buy still had 3 in the entire USA as new and unopened. Ordered immediately and within 3 days was delivered on my porch with a bit of handling damage to outside box but inner box and all contents were perfect a pristine with a seals intact.

Our new HP Envy Desktop was easy to set up and works very well. We replaced an old Dell desktop running Windows XP, so we were more than ready for something new. It's our first time owning an HP and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Fast delivery and great speed from this PC. I buy a PC every 5 years and make sure to get the hardware needed to perform above average for that time span. This was a good choice!

Bought this during covid19 work from home and works really well. Fast and speedy with no issues. I'd recommend trend micro and buying office if you're inclined to work from home.

This is a refurbished model and it does everything I need. I had to add USB-C and HDMI ports but I'm used to doing that with almost everything since there are limited ports on most computers. Quiet and lots of room for storage.

We had to purchase a computer because my daughter is doing virtual learning this school year and this computer has been fantastic. It is easy for her to navigate and to everything she needs to do. Glad we chose this desktop.

I find it fairly fast especially at start up. It has locked up a couple of times. Easily cleared up. The CD drive is pathetic. Hard to open and hard to close...seems flimsy. The “on” switch is difficult to activate because it hardly protrudes from the case. The problems are minor as long as they don’t get any worse

Best Buy made this task painless. The store reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was fair and they gave us an interest free payment plan. We have used Best Buy for previous purchases and have never had a problem.

This PC was on sale when i purchased it. This pc is very powerful with enough ram and a large SSD. The wireless keyboard and mouse combo was also a plus. Very fast on the startup and shutdown. Installing programs took very little time.

Works perfect. I've had it less than a year, and living in Florida power surges are a thing, and it comes back up every time. Love that it is compact enough to sit on the corner of my desk, and be out of the way.
