This desktop has turned out better than I had hoped. The speed comes from the solid state drive coupled with a fast processor and 12 GB of memory. I have also been impressed with HP's quality of support. Overall a nice little computer.

I really like the SSD it is a game changer but This model The 1 TB SSD had to be purchased separately and the tech said it may take a while to get it in. So I took the 512 SSD and upped my ram to 16GB. I would have paid more if I could have gotten the 1 TB SSD just wish it would have been more availible quicker.

I needed to replace my old tower - it had a Windows 7 operating system. I went to the Best Buy in Westbury and found this one. It works well and has a lot of storage. I am 76 years old and this one is perfect for me.

Good desktop PC for most if not all applications. This PC boots up quickly and performs well when running multiple applications at the same time.

Easy to setup and didn’t have to remove a bunch of bloatware. PC boots up in a flash and all operations are so much quicker than my old unit. Particularly happy with the quality of the wireless keyboard and mouse.

Dont know much about computers, staff helped us pick this our. This thing is super quick loads up within seconds. Son plays Roblox and has no lag. Windows 10 is great

I got this as a replacement for a Dell tower I returned that turned out to be a lemon. It's been well over a month now & I have been very satisfied with this pc. I use it for music production & has met all my needs.

Excellent Computer for a reasonable price. With this pandemia and the kids at home, this computer help them a lot to do homework and even for play, they're really happy with this computer and I'm very satisfied.

Bought this computer because I wanted a high capacity solid state drive to use with Dragon Naturally speaking. . Very fast booting and computing. Allows use of the most accurate processing for Dragon.

This is my second HP Envy desktop, previous one lasted years. Had data transferred over, great machine for home office- just wish I had better internet access! Have satellite internet which is slow, slow!

Love this PC! It works great! Very fast and reliable. It came with a defective wireless mouse but after talking to customer service for it replaced and now it works like a charm!

This is my second HP desktop. My first one was used for 7 years and it was just time for a new one. I have only had the new one about 3 weeks, It was very easy to have set up by Geek Squad and my home setup was simple plug and play. Everything is working very well with a new HP monitor.

I has been very easy to set up and I've been impressed with the solid state dive and how fast it loads - in seconds!. It comes with plenty of ports for any accessories. The WiFi joined seamlessly with my printer.

No problems setting up, runs well and fast. Getting used to Windows 10 but other than that no issues. I have owned several HP computers, both laptops and desktops, and have always found them to be quite reliable.

Have had this for a couple weeks and the speed is great. Have multiple web pages open as well as multiple word docs and spread sheets and it really doesn’t slow the machine down. Very happy with the purchase.

My old pc was only 2 years old but was always sluggish. Finally had enough when I could no longer get into Windows even though there were no viruses. This unit is the best HP I've had..fast and easy to set up.
