||Posted . Good machine.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.SSD and 12GB Ram make this a great machine for average use. Its no gamer and with Windows 10 Home its no pro machine either. CPU is good enough for 9/10 users and unless you deal with video rendering, should do anything you need it to. Dual display support right out of the box is nice too

It gets the job done!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I already had an HP OfficeJet 4650 Printer, it was a no brainer to purchase the HP ENVY Desktop to replace my Dell computer when it died. The old Dell also needed to be replaced because it used Windows 7.

Great little i5-based SOHO tower
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this HP Envy TE01-0014 on exchange for returning a different manufacturer's tower which died the day I bought it. At first, I wasn't too happy to have to "step down" to an i5 CPU, but this system is so much newer than what it replaced (a 2011 MacBook Pro with a laptop-grade i7) that it runs circles around my old computer. Honestly, it's been a great little unit. Most of the time I run Linux Mint on it, and it's been fantastic either way. It's not a gaming system, and it's not really intended to be upgraded all that much (beyond more RAM, adding in extra drives, etc.) but for normal SOHO type uses, it was worth the money.

I haven't had this for very long but the set up easy and so far I haven't had any issues. I feel like I got a decent price on this compared to the Dell I was originally interested in.

||Posted . Great desktop ....
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No more MHDs for me. Great little desktop with good connectivity and a capable processor. SSD is the way to go and will be looking to add on SSD storage when prices become more attractive.

Great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel I went back to the early 90's with the Towers...it's really a nice unit and I am still learning where everything is....everything on this unit is hidden so it looks really sleak!

Ok computer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased curbside during pandemic so I had limited ability to research. CD/DVD’s are inserted sIdeways. Big pain to get it to close & stay closed but otherwise computer works great. Nice & quiet. Hope it lasts more than couple years. A little overpriced for what you get.

Good basic computer
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer was easy to set up and easy to use. I did have an issue using the HDMI cable to an old HP monitor so I went back to using VGA with no problem. With the HDMI the video was too large for the monitor with all sides cut off about 1" even with adjusting resolution.

If You Want a Desktop Computer
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new desktop computer and this was recommended by a friend who purchased a more powerful model and was very pleased with it. I use my desktop for personal use (not business) so this model fit my needs well. When I went to Best Buy to take a look at what else was available, I was a little surprised to see that my choices were limited to only about 2 or 3 desktops. I guess the world has moved on to laptops, tablets and phones for computing needs but I appreciate a large screen and an actual keyboard - that's my story and I'm sticking to it! That said, I am very happy with my HP-ENVY desktop overall.

GREAT desktop computer.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The salesman was wonderful. Rather than guide me to an expensive computer, he first asked my needs. This is a great computer. and even better than I had expected it to be.
