i like the start up and shutting down of this computer. it took only few seconds. it was lightning fast. and the price was very good. im happy with this purchased.

Great desktop, lots of usb slots, especially in front so I can easily plug/unplug. Compare to the Lenovo I had before, this is a better unit.

Love the ultra fast start up. Set up with dual monitors and work with multiple tabs open with no problem. Tower is quiet and has multiple inputs in front.

So glad I purchase this PC. It is compatible with a pre-existing monitor and speaker system and was on sale when I bought it so it’s a very good value.

I bought 3 computers so I can't tell them apart. One is at my son's house and the other 2 are at my home. My son really likes his computer although he had a little trouble getting the monitor we bought with it to set up properly. I have one of the computers at my house for shopping and email and it is a little different from the Dell I had for several years but has many features I like about it. Tomorrow I have an appointment with the Geek Squad for them to transfer my documents, etc., which I have had several years, to my second HP, which I use for genealogy and storing family photos.

I've had this computer for over a month and I'm very happy with it. My old computer was just that - old, and slow. This one is a vast improvement.

This computer was easy to start up and use right away. Has exactly what i needed. Best buy personnel were very knowledgeable about this computer.

We have 3 of these computers now. They are great, especially for price you have more power and use. Compatible with a lot of games.

Bought this but didn't like it. The processor was fine, but I was expecting more performance. The computer didn't feel that snappy and felt sluggish at times. The nvme drive was fairly low performance for an nvme. It was fairly quiet, but louder than I was expecting. The case seems to not be made very well, not the thinnest case I've seen in the store, but on average/below average. It's cheaper metal/plastic and lets out more noise than some other brands solely based on the case thickness. The ports on the front were also very tight. The HP audio software was also awful, it made a mess of my sound, and got rid of any kind of bass. Trying to up the bass slider only made bass notes become completely distorted. I also kept getting popping, etc. every time the audio drivers would go to sleep after no activity after a few seconds. The 180 watt power supply also had a large amount of coil whine, that could be heard if close to the computer's mesh panel when powered off. It also showed a lot of very loud noise outside the human hearing range, I checked other HP's with this power supply and they all have the same issue(at the time). No other computer was this bad. Overall, I wasn't really happy with this computer over my old one I was upgrading from.

I love it its fast and everything works excellent, I bought it bundle with the screen too and its wonderful the screen is big and it have a lot of capacity

So far so good. Very quick for work related projects not involving graphics. Almost instant on. I have 2 monitors on this . Included keyboard and mouse are adequate but will be replaced

I needed to get a powerful computer to be able to work from home. This one has so far done everything I need. Comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

We bought this to replace our old computer. It has been fast and reliable for our needs. I also feel comfortable getting around on it.

This tower is fantastic. It is such a big improvement over what I was previously using. I would Highly recommend This to a friend Or family member. The speed of the i5 is remarkable. No more slow searches on the internet,

Works great and I enjoy using this PC. Have it connected to my Samsung QLED it looks great. Super fast system and have not had any issues with it.

Great computer and just as specified online. I would recommend. It was an open box and had the prior owners data and pictures.

Replaced my 6 year old HP. Solid state drive plus 12gm memory makes this PC extremely fast. Have been an HP user for years. Have always found HP reliable.

Replaced church computers with two of these. They are rock solid and speedy. Highly recommended if you need a solid computer to get work done.
