    The Dell we purchased from you died after a month and when we called to see if we could exchange for another computer you guys really stepped up to the plate. It was a hassle-free and seamless exchange which is exactly what we needed as the computer was being used for at home work during this time of shelter in place. Thank you Best Buy for being there for us!
