This desk top PC is excellent,

So I did not use it. I used my old keyboard instead.

Solid performance & very responsive!

Replacing an 8 year old ENVY i7 with windows 7, which I'm still using for offline work. The solid state is very quiet and fast! The wireless keyboard and mouse are working great, too.

great desktop computer for retired couple

I saw a young lady, asked for her help, and was able to get just what we needed. Thank you Best Buy.

It's Fine

I bought the Envy this time because of the 12GB memory. But it actually seems a tiny bit slower hooking up to the internet than my old Pavilion. Other than that, it's fine and I hope it lasts as long as my old computer. There are no CD drives, but you really don't need them anymore.

a nice unexpected purchase

HP Envy is likeable and usable

The updates with Windows are still lengthy but that's Microsoft. It is easy to back up files on SD cards. I like the McAfee security software that is recommended by HP.

I have purchased 2 other computers from Best Buy and other products. I have always been pleased with Best Buy. I do not have any complaints. I Love Best Buy!
