Compact tower, easy setup, good operating speed. What else do you need to know?

New Envy desk top includes Windows 10. Prior desk top out of date. New desk top speed much faster. Features for ability to scan photos and upload into Ancestry.com quicker and much easier to use. Larger storage capacity on desktop computer for my photo files enabling me to continue adding photos to desk top. Desk top much smaller than prior computer allowing more space on floor or on my desk top.

I'll never buy another computer without a solid state drive again. This boots and loads Google Chrome in 15 seconds. My old PC took 3-5 minutes. And it makes no noise, you wouldn't know it was on. What's more, it draws so little power my smart power strip wouldn't work.

I like that their are usb slots on the front. The unit is smaller that I thought it would be, it takes up less space on my desk. Surprised that it came with a wireless mouse and keyboard. The keyboard is I think a little on the smaller side, but it works well. I like that it locks when it goes to sleep, so my kids don't download games as it is a work computer. Easy set up.

I brought my old hard drive in, had the Geek Squad transfer the files as well as down load the newest copy of Office. Took the computer home and with no fanfare, I had a working computer that was much faster and fully functional. Without a doubt a much better computer and a difference between night and day with the Solid State Drive. I'm satisfied and would recommend this HP Envy Desktop.

Since Microsoft is discontinuing support for Win 7 mid Jan 2020 they forced me to look at alternatives! I chose this pc for its speed storage and value. Black Friday deals clinched the decision. The switch from Win7 to 10 was pretty easy but still learning the new capabilities! A surprise for me was Win10 does not have support for the built in dvd drive! However there are plenty of free apps to play dvd’s but not yet found a good recording app without spending $. The PC is very fast and with the SSD boots up in seconds rather than minutes! The wireless mouse & keyboard are great however wish the keyboard had a back lite feature. The built in graphics, audio boards, & I/O jacks are excellent for my purposes. The machine has dual fans and super quiet. The chassis is much lighter than my old hp and not as robust! So far so good!

Amazing Desktop for what you need to do. very quiet, ssd is very quick with the tasks at hand. pretty much a plug and play Pc.. A+

I typically would not buy a off-the-shelf pre-built run-of-the-mill Hewlett-Packard computer. However, for the price this computer seem to have all of the components of a computer that should be much more expensive. I was planning on bringing it home, plugging it in and finding out that it was a dog, then returning it. But I was wrong. This is an awesome computer with fantastic components, including a really nice wireless keyboard and mouse. This computer is very fast. It is not designed for gaming, but you could definitely do photo editing, web surfing, email and any other type of light to mid level processing applications. If you’re looking for a good office desktop, I would recommend this product.

I had this computer set up and running in under five minutes. It loads super quick and handles everything I need to run simultaneously for the home office worker. I also love the flexible accessibility settings that assist with my vision challenges. Need 12 websites open at once, no problem. MS Office has never been faster for me. I would recommend this machine to anyone.

I bought this desktop computer to replace an 5-year old HP Pavilion. After 6 weeks of use, no regrets on the purchase. I think the on/off button is a bit recessed into the tower, but that's not a deal breaker for me. It was easy to set up and runs quiet. I can't speak for how it handles more demanding tasks, but does what I want it to do.

Simple to setup, good performance. Plenty of capacity and speed.

My last HP finally died after 9 years of usage 2 resets and lots of use. HP products are the best there is and i will not buy anything else. I am impressed with the i5 processor in these, things move at lightning speed and nothing jams up at all. I have a ton of storage too! I am sure this will last as long as my other HP probably longer! I highly recommend!

We purchased this for my wife when the COVID-19 hit and she had to start working from home. Her previous computer was old and slow. This puppy is smoking hot with the Solid State Drive!!!!! She loves it and as we all know....happy wife, happy life. But, seriously if your looking for a new, fast, decent priced computer check this baby out.

I have had this computer for 2 weeks now - no issues Really fast because of SSD . Plenty of memory The only minus is the optical drive, it is vertical instead of horizontal and somewhat flimsy. I only use DVDs occasionally so no big deal for me. Overall a winner

Easy to use. Quick response. Very quiet. Plenty of RAM.

Compared to laptop that just died - night and day. I had trouble getting it to link to the internet. Finally the Microsoft adviser pointed me in the right direction. Computer wasn't set up to connect via hard wire. Apparently a quirk associated with Netgear router. Had to manually set up internet connection parameters.

I use this Tower for music production, It runs my music DAW flawlessly ! with 12gb ram it has no issues running multiple plugins etc, Just a fantastic Music production PC. Boots up super fast and is dead silent. I did purchase an external hard drive to keep all my music files on etc. You cannot go wrong with this computer, great buy !

Bought this for school and needed something better than a laptop for the demands of online classes and virtual meetings. This desktop didn’t disappoint. I can run my zoom meetings while running my online classes in multiple chrome tabs and with Word and Outlook running in the background. Programs open almost instantly. Desktop is lightweight and was easy to set up which was important since I just had surgery and couldn’t handle a heavy desktop and something with a ton of cords. Desktop was up and running within 10 min. An amazing plus was that the desktop came with a wireless keyboard and mouse so no worries of cords getting tangled in the back. Dual monitor support is also a plus unfortunately one monitor has to be connected via VGA but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Haven’t used the disc drive yet but did open it to make sure there was power to the drive and noticed that it is a tad flimsy similar to a laptop’s disc drive. Lots of 3.0 USB drives and the added memory card reader is very beneficial if you’re saving files to multiple flash drives or working with pictures from a SD card.
