I have bought HP products and the computer have worked wonderfully. It can definitely handle basic tasks and light to moderate gaming. No complaints!

I had excellent guidance from an online Best Buy employee who assisted me in identifying the product that fit my needs and answered my questions.

It was easy to get set up to my current monitor. Hardest part was figuring out how to turn it on. Thank you Google

Using this computer about a month, no problems. Photos app is difficult to distinguish which photos I turned the camera on its side. I have to do this a lot for my work. Windows 10 is different, but ok after using it for a few weeks.

Meh - it does Okay, but nothing to write home about. I've no complaints either. It does basic things well, so for basic things, this is an easy computer to use.

Seems to work OK. Took some getting used to finding out info from the computer itself as there is not a lot of physical manual to look at.

When downloading, it is very quick. It, easily, restored all my cloud based programs. It can handle multi-programs open at the same time fluidly.

Really like this computer. Wanted 1TB drive. But with 12 GB RAM and the solid state 512 GB hard drive, it does everything I need. Excellent purchase!

We had to replace our old computer and the salesman was very helpful. He explained the difference between many of the others in the store.

Purchased the tower prior to the holidays. Hope to get it up and running in the next couple of weeks. The Best Buy Employees were very helpful.

Tower was larger and bulkier than anticipated. We did not actually set up the computer. We only opened the box and saw how big and heavy it was, so decided to return.

I have an HP Pavilion Elite I7 HPE tower PC I bought 11+ years ago, it runs Windows 10 flawlessly and does everything I need done. But 11 years is a long time so I thought I would buy a new HP Tower PC and slowly transition to it before tragedy struck. The new PC is a flimsy, fragile piece of junk compared to the old PC. This is my second one, the first had a defect. In every regard, except the solid state drive, it is not as good as my 11 year old machine. The construction of the case is like an old friction rocket ship from the 50s. Maybe nobody buys tower PCs anymore but the super gamers. I made a mistake buying this. My plan is now to keep using my 11 year old PC until it dies and have this as an emergency backup with duplicate files ready to go. Save your money, find an old PC. Don't even get me started on the new Office 365 I bought with this PC versus my updated copy on the old PC but that is a Microsoft issue.

Not a fan of windows 10. Wasn't pleased that I had to subscribe to 365 personal at a price of $75.23 per year in order to get all the functions to work.

This is a great computer for my business to replace an older computer running Windows 7. The computer meets my business needs quite well.

The network card goes out constantly. This is the due with Microsoft and HP. HP has to figure out how to keep their hardware better intact. This machine is good however changing out the network card and disabling the one on board is the best way to go. Much more stable.

Everything seems to be just fine and if I need guidance..I just go to the Best Buy Store and Geek Squard. Very nice people...

I use it daily, face book helps my boredom since retired store is conveniently locked and the salesmen explain best product for my use.

I love the way this tower turns on and off in an instant! I haven't had any issues installing programs or staying on line.

Even though it said refurbish It’s like new, fast and easy set up like a new computer

Only frustration is the "on/off" tab at the top. Once you get the hang of it, it is fine. Very satisfied with product.
