Works great, .

Been using it for about a month and very happy with it.

This computer works well, so there's no complaint is this department...But, the design is terrible from the stand point of the internal CD/DVD player. It's not laying flat, it standing up and the disk placement is very difficult. The player itself is flimsy and hard to place the disk to get it to work.. So hard and a pain in the neck that I had to go back to Bestbuy and buy external drive. Before you buy this computer (and I recommend NOT buying on line without getting a demo,.) Get a demo and pay attention to its cd drive. I definitely recommend NOT buying this computer because there are other brands out there that work just as well and is far superior in design. When I bought this one, I had 2 weeks in order to return it, but I didn't get to use it within that time.

Bought 2 and have not regretted the decision. Nice PC!

I had to buy a new desktop since my old computer, although good, was outdated and using Windows 7.

In purchasing a new computer we (husband and wife) felt very uncomfortable. We did not get the proper attention that we thought we deserved. Questions could not be answered. We are not pleased with the new computer....have phoned Geek and Cox (for email problems) several times. There are still things that should be resolved.

I really did not want O365. Also Microsoft Explorer is frustrating. Just wanted plain IE.

Delivery came earlier than expected. Looks like a solid unit and anticipate it will do well.

Flimsy CD drive. Perfect for our use for a computer.

It is still a bit slow when I am using emails: sending or deleting them.

It was an open box purchase. Over all the product is great. It did have one component that does not work but I'm still happy with the purchase. I wish it had come with its paperwork. And I wish the geek squad had done their job to make sure all the components were working properly.

T Had it less than 30 days. Time will tell if any issues. Thus far none.

We bought this for my mother (73). She likes it. It was a good replacement.
