When I got the system, I put it together and realized there was no sound or mic. Then I realized they sold me a monitor without sound or mic. I brought the monitor back and got one with sound but that still didn't work. I still had to buy speakers and a mic. First time ever owning a computer without sound or mic.

We've enjoyed our computer and look forward to using it to do more things.

I had this PC for 2 weeks. First I like and intended to keep it. However, there was a problem when I put a sleep mode & wanted to start back by pressed enter but it didn’t. I had to wait for a few seconds & power it. I lost my patience with all the troubles to restart the PC.

Bought this in November 2019. Took it back for repair in February 2020 and now taking it back again for repair in July 2020. System gets a system fault and crashes then will not reboot so back to BB. I have been using small computers since the middle 90's and this particular one is a bad one. I have always used HP because they seemed to have the better available and have never had a problem running them 24x7 for years until this one. I am using my laptop now to type this that is several years old and keeps on running. I would not recommend this particular model.

Have always purchased new computers and electronics, but thought that this "open box excellent certified" computer would be fine and I could save a few bucks. Well, never again. Have had this for about two months, and have had several issues. It was loaded with an old version of Windows 10, several drivers were outdated, issues with sound card, will not download updates from sites like TomTom, included keyboard is worthless, and HP shows no warranty of any kind. Very disappointed in Best Buy, and will never again buy anything but NEW, with warranty.

Ok. Constantly having to reset the Network card to stay connected to the internet,

I have still to get used to this Computer. There were several features of it, I was not able to fiogire out. I am still trying to make the best use of it.

When we first took computer home and set it up it worked ok. After 2 days operation went down hill quickly. We have never had operating problems out of the box. I called for help and after several unsuccessful attempts by a technician to access the unit on line I was told to take it to the store. The computer is useless. Not at all pleased with it!! We are currently out of town and I will call for an appointment when we return (3/4). Thank you! Michael Walker PS I have owned 4 HP computers and never had any problems like with this unit.

If you want an inexpensive computer that will give you options this will do. Not very fast. Very small keyboard. I got it for the usb-c port.

It does the job. of course it would be nice if additional accessories came with the package.

very new and different technology. not as easy to figure out as my last HP
