This computer has been an incredible disappointment. I went with an i5 processor. It took almost 3 minutes to open a folder that was empty. It freezes on a regular basis. I am returning the computer.

It appears to be a very good computer for my needs.

Was told I could get a few extra parts and make into a gaming pc after the 2 week wait find out this pc is almost impossible to game with which took it out of return period dont trust all employees do research then research their opinions

Good for music production, 1080p video editing (haven’t done 4K), watching/streaming in HD. Other than that, the mobo, like other hp products, is proprietary thereby making upgrading a pain in the butt.

they were supposed to set up my computer system was part of the deal they said all we had to do was plug the system in and it would work well after several phone calls which no one answered the phones just kept ringing no matter what department i tried still no answer, we finally got the number for geek squad and their techs finally got it to work . It took about three hours and the tech said was not set up right buy best buy techs needless to say i was quite up set the produces is good it was just the service

Hate the dvd slot, it seems flimsy and is confusing to open. The computer seems no faster than the 12 year old machine it is replacing. Not cheap and not impressed.

Not Built to handle multiple monitors even though the Best Buy employee that sold it to me said it would. Computer ended up crashing within 2 1/2 weeks of use.

It only ran 12 fps on fortnite and Idk if it was the monitor or the computer but the quality shown on the monitor was terrible

I purchased this tower as "Open Box-Excellent-Certified". I did not expect it to come without a cord, instructions or any information about how to install. Your website says that it "includes all original parts/accessories". I am disappointed that I now have to research installation on my own and purchase accessories to install. I'm sure the HP ENVY is a great product and I am hoping Best Buy will address my review.

THIS ITEM CRASHED 2 MONTHS AFTER I HAD EVERYTHING UPLOADED TO CURRENT DATE WHAT A MESS THE COMPANY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A REFURBISHED NOT A NEW ONE WHICH MADE ME MAD BESIDES THE HARD TIME THEY GAVE ME, THE ONLY IMMEDIATE ACTION WAS FURNISHING ME A RETUR BOX FOR ITEM AND RETURN LABEL NOT SATISIFIED AT ALL

Bought brand new computer and then wouldn’t start 1 month after purchase. Then couldn’t get it switched out without buying another computer. So we paid for 2 computers.

not well built.....not enough USB's, thin dvd player, not a bargain

I bought this with the expectation that the new SSD was a lot more reliable. Exactly one year and a week after I purchased it, the SSD started failing and of course it's a week out of warranty. This thing wasn't cheap, I will NEVER buy another HP computer again.

I bought this computer and within the first week I had received the "blue screen of death" twice and had to reset it to factory setting just to get it to turn it back on. I returned it and got a dell instead.

SSD crashed multiple times. Not stable and heavy cost of repairs from HP. They recommend having a monthly subscription of $15 to take care of this. Suggest to think before buying this product!!

Worst computer I have ever bought. Every time I turn the computer on I have to re login. No CD slot. Can not stay logged in to many or the Microsoft programs.

Functional but cheaply made with ports and DVD in awkward locations. HPE pavilion which I had was more ergonomically friendly. After 2 days with new computer I returned it and had a new one built.

This was purchased new April 17, 2020 from Best Buy. The MOTHERBOARD went out on this device in November 2021. Repair is $403.94. DON’T BUY THIS MODEL.

Could not get to even turn on. Very poor instructions as well...literally useless. HP phone support non-existent..just one recording after another. Online support idiotic.

work to set up, but locked up after a day. Not useable at this time. with my pass words in it can't take it back
