Great computer! Purchased it as an "open box" item due to in-store inventory at the time and couldn't be happier. Works great, is super quiet and has plenty of memory.

Just got it today, and so far, passed all tests. This machine is not that big, but still very fast, cool (meaning the case still feels cold), and quiet. I am loving it so far.

Quick set-up, can feel how "solid" it it. Very fast processor, and with 12G RAM and 512 solid-state drive, it will last a long time in our Call Center environment

I love this PC it's super fast, it handles any task very smooth and it looks very nice too my only complain is the graphics card its very simple it could use a better one

We had been given a computer that belonged to my dad which we used for letters,pictures&documents.This is a much better system,easy to use&a good value for the money.

It was easy to set up and is much faster than my other computer. I was nervous about getting used to windows 10 but I found it easier than I thought it would be. All in all a good buy and the sales person was very helpful in making my decision.

I needed an new desktop to replace a custom system I purchased several years ago. After some research, I opted for the HP Envy. This is the first HP computer I've ever owned as my perception was the company was well known for printers rather than computers. After receiving the system, the very first thing I noticed was how light the box was, and after setting up the system, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it ran. I use my desktop for work and I love this system. I use a number of software programs which after installation, the system had not missed a beat. I'm sold on HP!

My other computer was really old. Then I came across the HP ENVY. I truly love it. Once again, I would like to thank Best Buy for a great product!

Overall I am pleased with this purchase. It is very fast and access the media slots in front is easy. The one item that was confusing it the power on / off button is very narrow and at the side of a slot making it difficult to find initially.

I got it because my dad computer crashed during the shut down so not a lot to pick from but still works great. Fast and has all the space he needs.

Happy with the performance and solid state technology. Wireless, Bluetooth, etc. works great. Gave 4 stars as I feel for the price of this unit the sound card would have at least 5.1 Stereo / Digital connection options. Thank you....

So glad that I upgraded to the HP Envy Desktop computer,does everything that I need/or know how to do.Lots of storage & rapid response.

I like that it is quiet, no one knows its on in less you want them to know. Its quick and easy to do things when you don't have much computer knowledge.

Fast boot-up. SSD is fast. Very quiet operation. Nice mat-black finish. The case could have been smaller.

Our eleven year old HP desktop finally bit the dust. After several years of great reliability (except the time it took a hit from an enormous power surge due to lightning) the old work horse was retired. So after researching many, many options we chose another desktop - the HP - Envy. Price and value are very important and at least with HP you ARE getting both. We are happy with our choice and continued right where we left off. HP is a good brand and will exceed it's expected life-of-product use with simple upgrades after a few years.

I bought this so that I could avoid the Windows 7 crisis (?). The version of Windows 10 on here is much easier than the one I had before. Why did I resist? I can't give it a 5 star because I don't know all I need to know yet.

I didn't think I would like my new computer, but not only do I like it, I want to lu se it even more than I did my old one. I love not having any problems, and love the speed I get my programs to load. All in all, I would love to tell everyone that this is one of the best computers I have ever used! Thanks, HP!

Old desktop died during the pandemic of 2020. This one was the only one that was in stock at local Best Buy. All other stores were closed at this point. Fate smiled on me because this HP quite nicely hums along. What a refreshing relief when complex projects are due. 12 Gb of memory was enough (to my surprise) on Microsoft 365 apps. The i5 core processor with HP’s Envy architecture was a pleasant surprise on network applications. Thought I would need an i7, but the i5 in HP Envy model works surprisingly well.

I am pleased with my purchase. I spend a great deal of time on my computer. I like the size, doesn't take up much space and is easy to use.

A knowledgeable friend helped me select this desktop. I don't do gaming, but I do a lot of photography so need storage and speed, and this PC delivers.
