My previous computer had a stroke. I needed a new one and this is an upgrade. Easy to set up Easy to use Faster I highly recommend it!

Great computer sleek design and very fast. Disc Drive is a little weak and flimsy but it does the job.

This is a good computer for the money. Easy to set up and will serve the needs of most people. Does not have built in speakers. You will need to buy a set of external speakers. (Good ones available for an inexpensive price).

My PC wouldn't boot, I had to have something quickly and Best Buy had what I needed. Saved the day and has been working flawlessly.

We needed a new PC to replace an older Cell and saw this unit on sale at Best Buy and couldn't be happier with this tower! So far it's perfect for home use. It's fast, runs cool, is absolutely silent and was not overly packed with bloatware. I would absolutely recommend this unit

I am so excited about this purchase. I've been looking for the right computer at the right price for 5 months and finally found one that I really liked and that I could afford. The speed is phenomenal!!! I can't believe that I was even working on a computer that was so slow, prior to purchasing this one. I am completely satisfied with this purchase!!!

After putting off for years buying a new computer, found this nice computer. Has everything we were looking for as far as speed and memory.

I purchased this desktop so I can telework 20 hours a week from home. It’s great for everything I need to do for work. I remote in through this desktop and are able to run all systems needed to do my work without a glitch. I have not really used it for personal stuff because once I’m off the clock I don’t want to be on the computer. If it’s able to handle my work stuff I know it will handle all personal things.

Got this new computer hooked up immediately. It is so much faster and friendlier than my previous one. Would definitely recommend it!

We use these PCs for a large amount of our users who need something with a little uumph. But not leading a powerhouse PC. Great value.

I purchased my new computer on November 23, 2020, it was delivered on December 3rd, and the Geek Squad installed it on December 12th. I have only had this computer one week, Needless to say there is a vast difference between the Windows 10 on my five year old computer and todays version of Windows 10. which I did not expect. That being so, I feel as though I am in a swamp. The week before Christmas is the wrong time to learn the ins and outs of a new computer and I will really try to conquer it after the Holidays. I have purchased 3 years of the Gee Squad, so I am making a list of questions for them. Does the Geek Squad offer any lessons? Help is needed.

This is a very fast PC. Was a fantastic buy for the price. Wish I would have waited since the upgraded model is only $20 more :(

I bought this computer to replace a 10 year old computer that was struggling to keep up with now operating system, updated programs, new programs, cloud computing, hardware, etc. Geek Squad transferred much of existing installation to this new computer. Gradually getting everything working about the way I need it to work.

I bought this desktop for my 13 year old son. He uses it to do he's homework and play games. He says the speed and memory is good.

Great deal. This was easy to setup and so far works great. Love the SSD drive and won't buy any new computer without it!

Happy with Memory and how the system works. My only complaint is the ON device is VERY SLIM, does NOT Protrude OUT, is INDENTED IN the Case, so sometimes takes multiple tries to Push it ON.
