This is a great machine for a home pc. It starts up really quick. It was very simple to set up out of the box.

I was looking for a computer that had a faster start up time and faster when changing from Facebook to word to email, etc. This definitely does start up very fast. Since I was already using windows 10, there isn't quite as much of a learning curve. Only had it up and running for a week. Have notice that the Geek Squad neglected to transfer some items as my sent files in email. Some of my pictures did not transfer, have to figure out what to do about that. Print them somewhere.

I bought this device couple weeks ago and I'm still happy with it, very compact design and fast computer.

This desktop had everything I wanted in terms of SSD, RAM, and and Intel Core (although I am not sure of what geneation). This was completely sufficient for my computing needs. I've built my own computers in the past, so I am not totally ignorant of today's capabilities. Why only four stars? The DVD drive is elongated, and not easy to deal with. Rarely used, but still! Also, had problems getting a USB port recognized when loading a Brother MFC L2750 DFW. Excellent product, especially with the BestBuy discount.

This PC is awesome for my needs. I wanted 12gb of RAM to display the many videos I use in teaching. Works flawlessly and no lag time used with my hi-speed internet. The associate that help me was very proficient in her knowledge of computers and gave me several choices to choose from. I don't do any onlime gaming so she said no need to spend dollars on something you won't use. Setup was easy. I hooked the e-net cable in and Cortana took over.

I am enjoying the speed of this computer. I bought to upgrade to Windows 10 but it is providing ease of use and more. Cd drive covers seem very weak so care is needed when using it.

Had to replace an aging { 7 year old , i think) computer that i loved but not only slow and again, had Windows 7 which would no longer be supported after mid January. Looked at oither brands but have always had HP . Love the new one , Wanted factory installed Windows 10 . Works well and this is so much smaller ; thus take up less room. Super satisfied.
