We had this item delivered. It was perfect right out of the box. The set up went smoothly. The keys on the keyboard are much easier to use than my old keyboard, Now we are all set with Windows 11. The tower takes up less space than my old one which is nice.

So fast, works amazing. The perfect upgrade to our small office.

I had a Geek Squad member come out to my home and look at my present computer and suggested I upgrade to this one. It wasn't the most expensive option, and I appreciated the recommendation. I had to pick up the hard drive in the store and bring my old one to get the data moved over. There was a snag here. However, the manager came to help me as I was 8 months pregnant at the time. The staff got me a chair, and I was given a phone number to communicate with staff to expedite the job. They made a team effort to help me which I truly appreciate. All of the staff at the Geek Squad were stellar and I am just so grateful that they gave me service which helped ease my anxieties as I had a scheduled c section a week later.

I like the HP Envy desktop. Boots up very fast and is very responsive. If I could nitpick one little thing, it would be the power button. It is very thin and sometimes hard to press but that's a minor thing. Overall, it really fills my needs.

This computer is very fast and takes up minimal space for a PC

Haven't had this new HP this is a replacement for my old HP I like the way the new one looks and it's all so smaller than my last one and lighter I'll put it through its paces and we'll see hopefully it'll last me a 10 year run like my old one did

Great desktop, but slightly underpowered because of the limited RAM (16 GB). If your plans include hosting virtual machines or running multiple applications, you may need additional RAM. I resolved the memory limitations of the model I purchased by upgrading to 32 GB.

So far exactly as advertised. It is very fast and enough space to accomplish just about any task.

My Dell computer stop workin in 12/2024 after we have relocated to TN. The sale representative who was awsome suggested the HP Envy Desktop intel core i7-16gb memory 1tb. I originally had plans to stick with Dell. But, I'm gateful that I trade HP. I would but this brand again. Thank you Best Buy.

Fast and snappy in the office without making a sound

Seems to be working good so far. No issues. The computer has good graphics and quick speed. I’m not a gamer so I haven’t tried it with games. I mainly do video editing and it’s been working fine so far. 4.5 stars because of the design of the case.

Very fast processor,works excellent and looks good

This was purchased for my son to do online school, and it has everything he need and more. What a great deal and everyone was so helpful with online and store purchase. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone who has questions for computers .

So far so good. Everything about this desktop is an upgrade from my last HP PC. And that is saying something because it was that good and this one seems even better.

Had it for three weeks - so far, it is great. Easy set up. Very fast and responsive. My only complaint is that I can not find its maintenance and repair manual on the HP web site.
