It's good. But please. Ask ho to add a second HDMI.. without this is total deal breaker. Sometimes I buy these PC for office because they are fast and cheap. But do not have dual digital outputs to support two screens. The keyboard and mouse are wireless and surprisingly better quality that you normally get with this PC. It must a be a Best buy special custom order request.

I really like the speed and functions of the HP ENVY Desktop TE01-3254 PC. But it will not pair with MULTIPLE HD monitors because it only has (1) HDMI and (1) VGA (not HD compatible) port on the back of this DESKTOP PC. So if you want to use MULTIPLE HD or QHD monitors, forget this or just about any other HP Envy or Pavilion DESKTOP. They simply don't have enough HDMI and/or DisplayPort connectors to support MULTIPLE HD MONITORS. To use this desktop PC with MULTIPLE HD monitors will require EXPENSIVE PROFESSIONAL UPGRADES (i.e., new internal power supply, new graphics card installed), some or all of which will possibly void the warranty. Ironically, HP laptops, when paired with an HP Docking Station WILL support multiple HD monitors.

This HP Envy is such an improvement from my previous i3 pc. It was very easy to set up and all my devices were connected flawlessly. Im very happy with my purchase of this HP Envy i7 pc.

I purchased this HP computer to replace the Acer XC-840 desktop computer I had which was just too slow. This HP desktop has a very fast Intel Core i7 memory which I am completely satisfied and happier with.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! It performs very fast, and I can recomend it to anyone needs a computer that will cover any needs that they may have!

I am doing accounting business. I am using this system for 10 hours per day. I am happy to do my accounting work with this machine. I do not feel tired anymore. This machine is so good!

After reviewing several computers and conversations with my son and nephew (who are both in the tech industry), they both suggested this would be the best computer for my needs. I am very happy with it so far.

The Pros: It's fast enough to handle whatever you throw at it. I use it for software development, and it easily handles everything that goes along with that with no slow down. The Cons: Out of the box it had random freeze ups. After looking through HP support forums for an hour or two I was able to find what I needed to do. You must change the power settings to "High Performance" which prevents it from shutting off all USB usage, or whatever was wrong with it. Either way, that "fixed" it. Another problem that is STILL a problem is it will occasionally refuse to wake from sleep. It's also hot, so I have no idea what it's doing. Also, the fan should be running, but it's not. As soon as I force restart it, the fan goes crazy trying to cool it down. It's all up to date, this shouldn't be happening. Finally, for whatever reason HP decided to give it a USB-C port that CANNOT connect to a monitor. I confirmed this with HP support. So, if you had multiple monitors you were planning to connect to USB, do not get this computer. I wouldn't recommend it in any case actually. Every time I get an HP product I swear I'll never get another, and yet here I am again for some reason.

Works good, graphics card had to be upgraded for AutoCAD but overall works very good.

Nice PC for office work and support for long time work with default storage

This PC is very fast, even with Windows 11. I just upgraded a PC that is around 15 years old. The startup is much faster, the software I use (mainly Office 2021) and the internet connection are all much faster than I've been use too.

Great deal and super fast processing, I am not sure how long this computer will be on special but I would highly recommend it for the price.

Easy to set up and use. The extra USB ports are nice. The wireless mouse and keyboard was a nice surprise. Ordered online and was a fast in store pickup!

This computer is the best one that I have gotten for my wife. It has been the easiest to set up and connect and get started using.

Has an Intel Core i7 with 16GB memory, it's lightweight and streamline. What more can I say? Thank you to the very helpful Sales Rep for your recommendation. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am very plaeased with my HP Envy Desktop. This is just what I wanted for my home office. It has everything I need to complete my any task. It was also a great value for my money.

It's actually the second one, as first was taken back (exchanged for another of same model) because internally, it blew up. It was like adding Apps didn't set right with the desktop's insides. More n likely, it was what the Geek Sqd installer did. She was long gone when I lost the main monitor display. Since the second was also installed by the same person, it only adds to my confusion and disgruntlement, because it has been nothing but problems as well. Oh, yeah, I have to mention this. When I called HP to get help, even though the unit was only a week old, I was told by the HP agent, that they were switching me over to an outside agency and that I would have to pay for the services provided to fix my current problems. HP manager confirmed what I was told. I hung up on them and called BestBuy Geek Sqd for help. Fortunately, I got another person this time, and he was well more experienced. He didn't get everything in the time he had for me, but what he accomplished has made the desktop useable for me. Yes, I still have other issues, but I will arrange another time slot with the same guy.

This has been a great computer for me. I use a drawing software and have several other applications open. The computer performs well!

Nice compact tower. Easy setup. Great for office use and work. Recommended.
