Love my new computer. The Geek Squad set it up for me at the Best Buy and it was painless and super easy. So easy that I just bought a HP printer from them and am going back for a laptop! Can't say enough about my new computer and the process.

Was excited to get this computer because it was on sale. However, in only one day, it won't boot up after installing just one program, Adobe Cloud. Looks like Windows 11 is not ready for prime time. I never had any problems running Windows 10 and I wish newer computers would have the option to level down. Tried several times to restore the system, but none of the computer's options worked. And the worst part? This computer doesn't have a CD/DVD tray or CD rescue disk so good luck if it breaks down on you. Good thing I bought this at Best Buy so the return process was easy - but still a hassle reboxing and driving back to the store. Imagine if I bought this directly at HP, it would be a nightmare shipping it back. For this reason, I will only buy my PCs at Best Buy.

This computer is a real nice unit and I am happy with it.

This is a good computer for basic older games, internet use, and office work. Can play videos without a problem. Obviously it’s not meant for high performance, but it gets the job done at a decent price.

I purchased this HP desktop computer because my old one had the Intel Icore 3 with Windows 8. Yes, I did need to upgrade/update! Extremely happy with my new Envy. The HP name has always been proven to be a top brand over the years.

This has the i7 12the gen intel processor. Computer is extremely fast and set up was easy. I upgraded this with 3 TB hd, 16 gb of ram and installed a BD DVD drive. Upgrade was easy and straightforward.

I had just missed the sale on this product so i was a bit bummed but the product was great. It's a great performing system.

This is a great computer for the price. I was working with an older HP that was not able to upgrade for Windows 11. This one does everything that I want. It is very lightweight and easy to move about.

Nice model at a good price. Unfortunately does not come with a disc drive.

My HP Envy Desktop works very well, and with a solid-state drive, it's incredibly fast: it boots in 3 or 4 seconds. Plenty of ports and capacity. It lives up to its #1 rating by Consumer Reports
