My new desktop is working really well. Being a laptop user for the last 15 years, I was not used to not having a speaker built in the machine. I purchased external computer speakers and all is working great now. I like my new desktop and still getting used to its workings.

Excellent Purchase. was going to buy a Dell but they could not get their ducks in a row concerning billing. Finally got fed up and bought an HP. Best move I ever made.

This is computer has done great for my everyday needs and more. I did have to buy an extra adapter for my second monitor but no big deal.

Bought new HP desktop computer. Use geek squad to install and download all my prior files and programs to it Geek, squad, prompt, and courteous, and very knowledgeable

Solid pc. The mouse is awesome. The Bluetooth keyboard is junk. I love the feel of the keyboard, but the performance is awful. Multiple characters for one keystroke. The system still gets five stars because, less the keyboard, it's just that good...

I am liking my new desktop. Takes getting use to though. I am finding that I cannot add info onto any existing excel sheet. Xbox keeps popping up which I DO NOT want.

I bought this to replace an aging computer for work. First, if you try to open internet explorer and have more than two documents open at one time, this computer will freeze and you cannot continue with work. It’s not even big documents either, I’m talking about word docs. Also, the mouse and keyboard sometimes have delays and you must restart the computer to get them working again. To be honest, I can’t return this fast enough. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and trying my best to get the best value computer I can find that would allow me to complete simple tasks for work. I wish someone would have written an honest review like this one so I did not waste my time. My only suggestion to you is, if you decide to buy this, keep the box and receipt so you can return it easily when you need to.

I have nothing but a positive experience with this computer. Operates great, quiet, does everything i need it to do for college and business. Would recommend for anyone in college or running a small business.

I like my new desk top computer. I am still getting familiar. Everything new in Technology takes time to learn I like all that i have learned so far. Best buy staff are so helpful and efficient. Thank you very much.

I had my new desktop setup by the Total Tech folks. Also had my Windows 11 upgraded to Pro. The techs were very nice and knowledgeable.

Very Good desktop for the cost. Only bought new desktop to update software - this one is working very well! Last HP lasted about 7 years and was still working well just needed to update!
