Not sure why, but there are times this computer acts slow to respond, specially, the mouse pointer activity lags at times.

This computer is so fast! We love it. It also takes up little desktop space, and is an attractive addition to our home office. Great value.

This PC replaces an older Dell PC from elsewhere. The Geek Squad helped set up the new HP computer with an additional internal hard drive. So far, everything is working great.

Overall - AMAZING computer. Great price for the specs. My only complaint is a lack of HDMI slots. I have two monitors with HDMI inputs, and unfortunately had to purchase another monitor compatible with VGA. Insane to have 8 USB inserts and only 1 HDMI on a tower

We’re very satisfied with this new desktop as it was easy to set up at home by ourselves and it’s been functioning flawlessly from the start. The cpu it very quiet, fast to boot up and works fast finding and displaying search results.

I need to get with the Geek Squad can’t get the speakers to work through the computer. I can get the computer to stream to the television but I cannot get any sound out of the television either. I’m a member of your club, so I just got a call them.

This PC had the Specifications we were looking for to replace an older computer in our warehouse. The fact that it was available to be shipped within two business days was key!

This is a great computer. We are using it in our small office. It is fast and runs great. It was easy to set up and ready in minutes.

So far this computer has been great. The speed at which I can open programs and the quality of the graphics is amazing. I am very happy I bought this computer for my office.

The computer itself is great, but it’s important to note how finicky the VGA port is. I didn’t realize how challenging it would be to find VGA/HDMI adapters to connect to my monitor, nor how a poor cable connection would make my monitor display shaky/jittery.

needed a better PC after a decade or so. this one is faster and very quiet compared to our old one.

It's okay. I have a podcast and run xsplit. We have some glitchy problems and dropping of streams that I don't have with my Lenovo laptop, which is dissapointing. I thought getting a desktop would be better than a laptop but this one freezes up on us while screensharing and sometimes in Zoom, which can be embarassing. Kind of stuck with it for awhile so makking it work

Occasionally the mouse and keyboard stop working and I have to restart the computer. Otherwise it works well and is easy to us. It's a decent computer.
