Not terrible, priced kinda high for what it is. Will make an ok computer

I should tell you that I don 't like computers and bought this one because so many downloads would not go with my Windows 7 equipped computer. I am a writer and photographer, do not do business on line, chat, or use social media, I just write and organize my pictures. Microsoft Windows 11 which is the actual problem, has no "move" command. The slide show looks like was designed for a little kid--none of its features can be changed. I've had friends come in to help me use it, and they are stymied. It took a half an hour, and we still could not figure out how to put the machine inn sleep mode from the keyboard. A disaster. I spent $800 to cripple myself.

Intel has options installed on the CPU that you will not be able to access or use because they will not allow you to access that technology! They have a fast CPU installed on a motherboard from 15 years ago! Why pay extra for a CPU when you are limited? Its because the company wants you to pay THEM extra for items that YOU get free… items like DDR5, m.2 technology from this decade, 5.0 PCIe, Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0, Intel vPro,and so on. Its items that, in years to come, you will say to yourself, WHY DID I BUY THIS GARBAGE?

Computer bought on April 04 2024 has not been set up. Geek squad never showed up at appointed time.

Very bad experience with HP support power supplies stopped working. called support, was promised to get it in 3 days. on June 13. (That was on June 10) as of today June 26, I got an email I WILL GET IT ON July 12 more then a month after. I have no computer for more then a month(if I will get it in July 12)

I like it less than the one it replaced! Also, I hate Windows 11.

It never worked from the day I got it .its a bad Desktop. Do not buy.

It is not working. We picked up and we returned the following day. Probably factory defect.

Tower was a used not new, can’t get it to work not happy!!

Needed to update my PC and after doing some research decided on the HP-ENVY based on memory, speed, and price. So far it has met all expectations and satisfied with the purchase and computer's performance.

Was looking for a new computer for school and need certain specifications and for the price I felt this was my best option. Easy to set up and have not had any issues. Bought in Sarasota FL but couldn't find the box on the shelves - walked around for 30minutes and was never approached by a team member so we purchased online for pick up and picked it up from the front desk after 15minutes.

Overall, it was a good buy. Like to have more USB ports, and 2nd HDMI. But was able to work around the limitations. Fast, quiet, and utility…

My last Hp was about 15 yrs old and i was time for an upgrade. I absolutely love the speed of downloads and more storage. Nothing negative to say at all about this desktop.

Purchased to upgrade an older model desktop. What a different. Going with this i7 and 16RAM combination means speed and ability to easily multitask business applications with no delay in startup.

Great quality. Easy set-up. Computer is fast starting up and responds quickly. Price was really good. I thought the original price was good, But Best Buy beat that price by $250.
