Bought this for my in-laws for Christmas. I must say it’s just as fast as my more expensive D3ll.

Would buy again. Seamless transfer from old to new after cloud backup of old. Nothing lost. Very fast.

Plenty of storage and quick response but the I did have an issue with the ports. I have dual screen and had to purchase additional cord to connect the monitors to the hard drive.

The computer is fine and does what I need. The only issue has been the wireless keyboard delays and typing multiple letters or skipping letters. My other computer & wireless keyboard do not have this issue. However, it was a nightmare to get delivery and I recommend no one ever use Best Buy online. The next day delivery turned into 2 weeks and then was delivered to an unrelated business that forced me to spend an extra $50 to obtain the computer.

Really like how quickly this system starts up. BUT....The Features Section reads: '5.1 Surround Sound output All the necessary ports for truly immersive sound quality with 5.1 surround sound.' That led me to believe this computer had SOUND. It does NOT. I had to buy external speakers for this computer. Which was EXTRA money. The advertised (suggested?) 27" monitor advertised as a 'package' did not have a webcam, so yet ANOTHER expense. I would not have bought this system if I knew I'd be buying additional NEEDED devices. 3 stars for 'ease of use' since I spent hours trying to figure out why the computer speakers could not be found in device manager, trouble shooting (I was still wrapping my head around the lines 'sound quality with 5.1 surround sound' so surely there had to be internal speakers, right? Another trip to buy external speakers...to come home to discover the suggested monitor had no webcam...another few hours to research and order external webcam. Sigh.

My overall experience with the sales person was very enlightening and he took his time with me and answered all my questions. My computer is awesome and my service was the greatest.

Great out of the box desktop, keyboard and mouse feel amazing. My only complaint is that they make the mouse for this setup with no back/forward bottom. It a very basic mouse that is very well built.

First time I have owned an HP computer. It is different than the Dell's I have had in the past. Still getting use to Microsoft 11 but so far, it is doing what I need it to.
