Works great for just office type stuff. Not good for gaming at all. Can’t even add a graphics card. Took to a computer shop with a graphics card in hand and they said there’s no way to add one to this type of computer/case. There’s no power supply for the graphics card. Would’ve been 5 star if I could do that to get the graphics and speed up. Sad.

I really enjoy that this computer is so much faster than my previous computer in printing and general access. However, it would have been helpful if Geek Squad had been more proactive in setting up email and explaining the dongle. HP's instruction sheet is too cryptic.

I had an HP envy that was about 12 years old which I replaced. It had been such a good computer that I bought another HP Envy. So far it is just as good a purchase as the first. If they were to change anything, it would be to delete the bleep sound that is heard every time it is turned on and off. But it is quick and has all the power that a home user could need. The keyboard that is included stays in place and provides an easy use.

Replaced a 9 year old computer that had been upgraded as much as possible. We are retired and do a lot of personal business from home. We do not do any gaming. I do take a lot of digital photos and need the large storage. I also take photos of grandkids' sports and am able to transfer/save them on SD cards and thumb drives. This was purchased on sale and thus was a tremendous value.
